Spectacular Lighthouse Point Waterfront Condo

Enjoy the spectacular waterfront views from this Lighthouse Point property! This 2nd floor condo has been recently redecorated and is very cozy in summer and winter. Your huge deck overlooks water and is great for alfresco dining and entertaining. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath combination will sleep 6 comfortably.
You are only a 10 minute drive to Blue Mountain and have easy access to multi-use trails (walking, biking, skiing) that stretch from Collingwood to Owen Sound. A very short walk will get you to our private beach and waterfront walking paths. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your private deck, the beach or from the water - do them all! The indoor Rec Centre is open year around with heated pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, games room and common room. You also have use of (7) well-maintained outdoor tennis courts, (6) new pickleball courts and (2) outdoor heated pools. There is also a private, full-service marina on site.

Lovely spot at Lighthouse Point

My stay at Mary's condo was wonderful. As other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen had everything I needed for a month's long stay. The deck was a terrific place to relax and all communication was prompt and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Best view in the complex

The unit was top notch with everything provided that one could need from a BBQ (extra propane provided) to a garage to store one’s golf clubs or bikes. Just the wonky television required explanation as did the very life-like, but rubber, snakes (!) on the patio (seagull defense). The sunsets cannot be beat.

Lovely Condo on the Bay

The amazing thing about this condo is the view from the extra large terrace. It overlooks the Georgian Bay and the beautifully manicured grounds. Perfect for morning coffee and cookouts on the provided large grill. The condo is nicely furnished and equipped with almost anything you can think of. The owners can be reached at anytime if a problem arises, and are quick to respond. We found the neighbors to be very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for getting to restaurants, shopping, or heading to the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.

Really is spectacular

Everything perfect. Owners very responsive. Best deck at Lighthouse Point it just needs an umbrella for hottest part of the day. LHP and Collingwood has every activity you could want.

This property is part of a safe, well-maintained complex in which all amenities are within walking distance.
Blue Mountain and the Village At Blue are only a 10-minute drive and the Town of Collingwood is a mere 5-minute drive away.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a spectacular view of Georgian Bay and has one of the largest decks in the complex and the only one like it with a water view. It's great for entertaining or enjoying a quiet place to relax in comfy chairs under our large umbrella.
