We have four modern rental 1/1 garden apartments , all similar in size & design Location : 1 block S. of Comm. blvd. on the E. sidewalk of Ocean Dr. ( across from Walgreen)
The space Bermuda Blue is a brand new beach side oasis in the heart of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Dreamed up by a brother and sister construction/design team, Bermuda Blue is thoroughly modern with a clean aesthetic. Construction was just completed in 2017 and everything is brand new and built to the highest construction standards. All windows are impact resistant and noise reducing with blackout shades. The bedroom consist of 1 KING bed with a brand new medium firm high quality mattress. The 2nd and 3rd beds are futon style sofa bed, they measure about 44" wide & 67 " long , they are on the firm side, during the day ,they are the 2 blue sofas in living room as shown in photos, at night can be converted to futon sleeper , ok for few night sleep , may meant for young kids & not for adults.
There are four rental units available. We have one handicap accessible unit PLEASE SPECIFY IN YOUR REQUEST IF YOU REQUIRE THIS TYPE OF A UNIT.
All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a set of beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella. Also, a convenient beach bag for use during your stay.
There is a BBQ grill and seating area in the courtyard for guests to enjoy, also 2 hammocks to relax on .

Husband and I stayed 5 nights and this was the perfect place for us. Clean, within walking distance to town, had everything we needed. The owner was always around and very friendly. We would definitely stay again!!
The property is just as listed. It was very clean and in a great location. We walked to the beach, restaurants and road our bikes to the grocery store. The owner was so friendly. We would highly recommend staying at Bermuda Blue.
From the moment my friend and I arrived we felt comfortable and the property is beautiful. Ari is amazing and anything we ever needed he was there for us! The power went out and within an hour he checked in to make sure we were okay and gave us a lantern. Walking distance to anything you may need! Super sweet host and amazing property. Already planning my next trip back!

My 2nd time staying here…. And will not be the last….
Think of this place as seclusion….. right in the middle of all the action…..
Quiet…… clean… wonderful…. But walk 500 yards to the center of town and all the restaurants and nightlife you would ever need

Great beach with a famous reef to snorkel at not too far off for the experienced swimmer

We spent two weeks at Bermuda Blue. The apartment was modern,neat and well equipped. It is one block to the beach and restaurants and shops of LBTS. The construction was excellent so that although on busy A1A the traffic was inaudible in the apartment. The outdoor space was lovely and the cage of parakeets completed the tropical feel..

The location of this place was great. It’s on the beach side of Highway A1A/North Ocean Drive, so we had a short walk to a wonderful beach. It was a great place to snorkel. We had a dedicated parking spot in front of the building. There was public parking next to the building for our family to come visit. The apartment was an excellent size for the two of us, with a separate room for our bedroom, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The king-size bed was a great feature (a little firmer than our preference, but we made it work). We like to cook part of the time while on vacation, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, and there were plenty of soft towels. We appreciated the private gate to the property, the garden, and the amazing soundproofing of the building – no noise from neighbors or upstairs or from traffic. It was great to have all the equipment needed for the beach…and a broom and vacuum when some sand made it inside! We loved having codes for the gate and our apartment so we didn’t have to worry with keys. Lily and Ari were excellent and responsive hosts.
