Enjoy our beautiful unit one step from the ocean. Located within walking distance of all the restaurants, pubs, and bars that the area is famous for. It is equipped with everything you need for a simple, carefree vacation. Here you’ll find a king-size bed, a queen sofa-bed, a full kitchen sporting your cooking basics, coffee maker and coffee, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials needed to stay sanitary. We supply beach towels, umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve). Enjoy the huge private deck!

Our home is right in the heart of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea 15 minutes to the famous Las Olas Boulevard and 20 minutes to the Everglades cruise port Fort Lauderdale.

Perfect place to kick back and relax with everything you need to enjoy the best of what the area has to offer.

Great Getaway

The space was clean and bright, and even had a little patio outside in the sun where I could have my coffee, just a short walk to the beach, and all the restaurants very much and ideal spot!

Super clean and comfortable

Had a great time at this property. The hosts were really easy to communicate with. The check in process was super easy and when we got there the place was extremely clean. It was a short walk to the beach at the end of the street that wasn't as crowded as the downtown beaches. I would stay here again! The private deck was really nice and it was great having a kitchen with lots of cooking tools :)

Great Spot

Really nice spot with great balcony and easy check-in/out. The only thing is the bed - it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that - fantastic stay at a great location. The food up at the pier area is all delicious and a quick walk.

Convenient location, just a three minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to town with many restaurants and activities. The unit was clean and well prepared for our arrival.We enjoyed the private rooftop deck for coffee and morning sun, as well as evening shade, while winding down at the end of the day. Connie, the property manager was very helpful and very accommodating. Her communications were very good from the time we booked our stay until the day of arrival. We will stay there again on future visits.
