Welcome to 100 Allston Ave!
-This spacious home boasts 2 family rooms for guests to relax in, as well as a patio, 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.
- Easy to get to and has parking for up to 4 cars.
-5 minute walk to First (Easton's) Beach
-Only 1.2 miles to the entrance of the Cliff Walk
-1.5 miles to Second Beach

There is plenty to do! Hit the beach, visit the mansions, check out King's Park on the waterfront, or have dinner at Newport Harbor! Try a hike at Sachuest Point Refuge, or try something totally different and fun at Rail Explorers out of Portsmouth (short drive away)!

Wedding guests from the Beach House, Guerney's, Oceancliff, and many more will enjoy having a comfortable "home base" between events.

Families will have a ball exploring the gorgeous nature and architecture of Newport. Second beach is a clean, comfortable family beach with plenty of parking (see Middletown's website for a explanation of parking fees). Within walking distance of the house are several family-friendly casual dining options- AND Clementine's Homemade Ice Cream which is delicious!!! (open summer only)

Newport has become a vibrant hub of activity with the Jazz Festival, Newport Winery events, polo matches, a craft beer festival, a boat show and so much more!

This home is perfect for families, friends, and wedding guests alike! All bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV in them, as well as each family room. Each TV has a Roku so you can log-in to Netflix, YouTube TV, or whatever streaming service you prefer! Bedrooms recently outfitted with blackout shades for excellent sleeping conditions. Great family vacation!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Middletown. Erin and Pete’s home was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The layout of the house allowed our family of all adults to be spread out and have our own bathrooms. Erin and Pete were very responsive to questions. It was just a short walk to Easton’s beach which we really appreciated. Will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our group - three couples. There was plenty of room to be together and enough space for privacy. The location was perfect. NYYC womens championship regatta

We stayed with 6 adult women for an extended weekend of sailboat racing and the home was perfect for us!
