Being located at the end of the beach of the chalets, the crowds are less compared to the first part of the beach (especially during the summer period).<br><br>The chalet is composed of 2 independent levels fully equipped for 6 people (extendable to 8 people). <br><br>The ground floor (refurbished in 2021) has an air-conditioned main room opening onto a beautiful terrace of about 20m2 with a view of the Grazel pond and the sea. Also, the terrace gives, every evening, a breathtaking view of the sunset. Inside, there are 2 independent bedrooms (with 140x190 bed, cupboard and storage), a lounge area with a convertible corner sofa and a television, a large equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.<br><br>The ground floor has a main room, an independent bedroom (bed 140x190), an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet.<br><br>Around the chalet it is possible to park 3 vehicles.<br><br>Equipment:<br>Ground floor: fridge with freezer, microwave, oven with gas stove, coffee maker (for coffee powder), barbecue.<br>Upstairs: fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, electric hob, coffee maker (for Dolce Gusto capsule), kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, air conditioning, parasol, high chair for children.<br><br>The chalet is non-smoking. A deposit of 1000€ is required.
