Summer family holidays

Quiet and nice place. A few km from the seaside and not far from Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio. We really enjoyed our stay. Dominique was really hospitable and her cookies were great!

Séjour d' une semaine près de Porto-Vecchio

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre logement, une maison simple mais fonctionnelle, au calme et très bien située pour visiter le sud de la Corse Nous avons été très bien accueillis .

Charmante petite maison idéalement située

Merci à notre hôte pour toutes ses attentions et qui a tout fait pour que l'on se sente parfaitement bien pendant notre petit séjour. Clim très appréciée. Tout était parfait, tout le nécessaire et plus encore.

Maison agréable et calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour près du maquis. De très belles plages sont accessibles en voiture entre 5 min à 20 min. La propriétaire est accueillante et disponible pour toute aide.

Excellent séjour

Superbe maison de vacance, un petit havre de paix ! Le petit jardin est très agréable. Localisation au top pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Nous recommandons à 1000% cette maison. Le propriétaire et sa maman ont été d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Séjour du 01 au 10 juin 2024.

Petite maison conforme à la description. Très propre et fonctionnelle. Petit terrain (non clos en cas d'animal). Très calme. Des précautions à prendre contre les moustiques. La maman du loueur qui vit à proximité (Dominique) est vraiment sympathique. 3,5kms de la plage de Santa Julia. Attention sur le GPS : bien noter quartier PisciaVecchia à Precojo (et non pas Porto Vecchio) sinon vous vous retrouvez à 8kms du lieu en pleine campagne. Super séjour dans l'ensemble. Je recommande

Casa ideale per la vacanza

La casa è l'ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle spiagge. Dotata di ogni confort: wi-fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, condizionatore e di un'ottima fornitura di pentole, piatti e bicchieri. La proprietaria è disponibile e molto gentile. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Zwei schöne Wochen

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Anfangs waren wir etwas überrascht, da wir es etwas schicker erwartet hatten. Auch wenn alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und wir manches noch mal nachgereinigt haben, haben wir uns dann aber wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen, wenn man nicht das Modernste und Schickste sucht und mit einer soliden Unterkunft mit tollem Garten zufrieden ist. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft ist groß, es ist alles da, was man braucht (wir kochen gerne, eine hochwertige Pfanne bringen wir immer selber mit), die Betten sind sehr gut, die Terrasse ist sehr schön und absolut ruhig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist überragend, ruhig am Ortsrand, nah zu den Stränden (Santa Giulia war uns zu überlaufen, aber es gibt sehr schöne andere, ruhigere Strände, Frederic kann gute Empfehlungen geben, Fahrtzeit ca. 20 Minuten), nah zu sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und so, dass man nie in den Abendstau vom Strand kommt – super! Die Straße hört man auch nachts gar nicht bis kaum, wir sind da sehr empfindlich. Einzig die fehlenden Fliegengitter haben wir vermisst, aber Dank Klimaanlage war das nachts kein Problem, tagsüber fliegen keine Moskitos. Insgesamt zwei sehr schöne Wochen mit toller Landschaft, schönen Stränden und sehr guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Agréable maison, très bien située

Petite maison très simple, mais de bon confort et avec tous les équipements essentiels. Une terrasse appréciable, tout comme un coin de jardin. La maison est située au calme, sans vis-à-vis, à proximité de Porto-Vecchio et de ses plages les plus belles (Santa Giulia, Rondinara). Photos tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Bref, une location à recommander.

Gasflasche war leer bei Ankunft. Ersatz kam aber nach Hinweis. Gasfeuerzeug war leer. Also Feuerzeuge kaufen, da auch nichts zum aufladen da. Gasherd hat nicht gefunzt-2 wo mit einer elektroplatte gekocht…als Familie. Keine Grundlagen wie Öl etc im Schrank. Keine Spülutensilien, keine Trockentücher. Darf man alles selber kaufen. Wandschränke nur mit Stange-unzureichende Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung. Leben aus dem Koffer 2 wochen lang. Boden besenrein. Kinder liefen barfuss drüber und hatten schwarze Füsse. Sprache war frz. ausschliesslich. Bei unzureichenden Sprachkenntnissen also viel Glück. Lage idyllisch und ruhig. Wildschweine durchwühlten eines abends den Garten. Am nächsten Abend nochmal. Keine Aussenbeleuchtung. Kritisch, da Zufahrt gespickt mit dicken Wurzeln und Steinen. Interieur des Hauses entspricht Style aus den 60ern/70ern. War in Summe nicht der Knaller. Hätte mir auch vor Reiseantritt eine nette Benachrichtigung gewünscht, dass es nun losgeht und alles wie in der FEWO Beschreibung laufen wird inkl. Wer einen begrüssen wird, Schlüsselübergabe etc.. man musste sich selber melden, um die Modalitäten in Erfahrung zu bringen. Hier sei nochmal viel Glück gewünscht, sollte nicht über frz. Sprachkenntnisse verfügt werden.

Schönes Haus!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlage. Frederic und seine Mutter waren super nett und haben uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Shop, der sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Einzig der Strand ist leider nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, was ich angenommen hatte, als ich das Foto von Santa Giulia gesehen habe. Das war aber mein Fehler, denn in der Beschreibung steht explizit, dass es 5 Autominuten dort hin sind. Also alles super und sehr zu empfehlen! Merci pour tout Frédéric et ta mère!
