Mini-villa A Chjarantana near the Beaches

Mini-villa type T2.

Located in a peaceful setting, in the countryside, independent mini-villa of 36 m2, located on the ground floor that can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
It is arranged as follows:
- a living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), TV.
- a bedroom with bed (140x190) and dressing room.
- Equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Each villa is equipped with air conditioning, garden and forest table and an individual swimming pool (2.5x4). The pool can be located on the side or in front of the house depending on the accommodation.
It also has a private car park.

The villas are located in the village of Bocca Del Oru located between the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.

From June to September, the rate announced is that of the night calculated on the basis of a reservation from Saturday to Saturday (preferential rate).
For other requests, the rate may be modified.

A deposit will be required on arrival (returned at the end of the stay), as well as a tourist tax.
Options:
-Bed linen rental: 25€
-Bath towel rental 25€
-Final cleaning 60€

The villas must be left clean (in the initial condition).
They must be released on Saturday morning before 10:00 a.m.
Arrivals are on Saturday afternoons from 5pm.

Vacanza eccezionale grazie anche a questa struttura che è comodissima alle più belle spiagge della zona di Palombaggia. Cucina completa di tutto, casa perfetta con una camera da letto e divano letto comodissimo. Aria condizionata utile ad agosto, lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono un plus molto piacevole. Insieme anche alla piscina è veramente la soluzione perfetta. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliata!

Schönes, sehr sauberes Häuschen, ruhig gelegen, mit traumhaften Blick in die Berge. Sehr netter Vermieter. Obwohl man für jeden Weg das Auto benötigt, haben wir unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauberes, extrem ruhiges und modernes Appartment - daher empfehlenswert! Abendsonne garantiert, Blick vom Sofa über offenes Schiebetür in die Berge. Sehr kurzer Weg zu den Traumstränden von Palombaggia! Leider keinerlei Putzmittel o.ä. vorhanden - wer kauft schon für 7 Tage eine Packung mit 40-50 Spülmaschinentabs usw. ...

Una chiave per le bellezze del sud della Corsica

La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. E' in posizione ottimale per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del sud della Corsica: Palombaggia è raggiungibile in 3 minuti d'auto, Santa Giulia poco più. Anche tutte le altre mete del sud sono facilmente raggiungibili: la spiaggia di rondinara, Bonifacio, le cascate del gallo. Sicuramente consiglierei questo alloggio ad un amico per una vacanza nel sud della Corsica.

Un petit coin de paradis

Un super site en plein coeur du maquis corse ou l'on trouve de très beau petits bungalows très bien équipés proches de tout. Je recommande ces locations.
