Beautiful mountain view, close to green areas on foot. A few meters from a sports area with the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and a bar-restaurant.
The accommodation consists of a main house (2 bedrooms) and an independent apartment (2 bedrooms).
- On the main floor, a living / dining room with access to the garden, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms and a covered terrace. A 416m2 garden surrounds the whole house with different rest areas and several sunny terraces to enjoy the outdoors, a private pool with views of the pine forests and a barbecue area.
- In the upper part, independent apartment, kitchen with a terrace, 2 bedrooms, one with dressing room and a bathroom, direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
