Appartement très bien situé dans Guéthary, avec une place de parking! La résidence est très calme. Les lits sont très confortables.

Déception !!!!

Les + : Parking privé , localisation de l'appart avec la gare et le silence,magnifique résidence. Les - : Grosse odeur de tabac, poil de chien. Salle de bain sale (cuvette WC horrible et douche minuscule,rideau moisi). Ustensile de cuisine moisi. Boite de conserve ouverte derrière le frigo, Visite d'un cafard Sois disant refais a neuf (juste la peinture). Séchoir rouillé qui abîmé vêtement, Manque oreiller (obligé d'aller en acheté et remboursé comme le séchoir). Four dans un état limite Pas de tapis de douche Les autres avis sont étonnant. En conclusion pour le proprio :un petit mobilier de jardin,enlevé les cendriers pour une sois disant location NON FUMEUR,un gros nettoyage, une cuvette neuve, des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent,viré tous ce qui est moisi. Même si le prix est relativement raisonnable cela ne justifie pas la saleté.On était pas loin de repartir.

Monsieur D. je suis surpris de vos propos. L'appartement a été occupé toute l'année 2016, sans interruption. Il l'est meme pour l'automne et l'hiver et la personne est tellement mécontente qu'elle pré reserve déja l'automne et l'hiver pour 2017/18. Et celle se bat pour cela avait celle du printemps de l'année d'avant. Les locataires estivaux reveinnet aussi pour partie d'une année sur l'autre. J'aurai bien aimé voir les photos des soit disant cafards. les canapés sont neufs et de bonne qualité. Le mobilier de jardin évoqué est en réalité des chaises et tables en merisier. Il n'a jamais et évoqué un appartement refait a neuf ; il a été modernisé et repeint pour la partie salle ; il le sera également pour la cuisine et la SDE meme si elles sont déjà aménagées. elles ne sont pas a la dernire mode, j'en convient. la douche carrelée est de taille standart. les fenetres de la SDE s'ouvrent ainsi que la baie vitrée de la salle. je ne comprends pas un commentaire aussi décalé pour quelqu'un qui en contrepartie de l'oreiller manquant et dui sechoir rouillé (un erreur/un oubli) en cadeau a meme eu un gateau basque a la creme d'une des meilleures patisserie basque. Monsieur D pour etre complet avait négocié aussi le prix au départ. on ne peut malheureusement plaire a tout le monde. On essai pourtant de faire le maximum.
