This neo Basque style house is spread over two levels: the ground floor (100 m2) we offer to rent for 6 people, is located in the center of Biarritz in a quiet area. It is bright, spacious, fully renovated, 1 km from the beach and 15 min walk from downtown. The terrace with plancha and garden furniture allow you to enjoy meals with family outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air of Biarritz. Children can play in the fenced plot of 900 m2.
The electrical appliances of last generation and you can easily park your car in front of the property in a quiet street in the non paid parking. The interior meanwhile includes:
- 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, another with 1 double and 1 single bed and one with 1 single bed.
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower and separate toilet.
