Luxurious 3 bedroom/3 Bath Beachfront Villa with a pool. Wake up every morning to amazing Ocean Views from the spacious Master Suite. Walk out to your private deck & enjoy your morning coffee. VILLA PAZ is located on renown WEST BAY BEACH, sleeps 8, has an open floor plan and 2 ocean view decks! Just a short walk to dive centers, resorts, bars & restaurants. If you want to be OCEAN FRONT, within walking distance from the action but not in the middle of it, then Villa Paz is for you.
The space
Located at the Northern end of West Bay Beach, Villa Paz is a spacious beach front home. Villa Paz is a quiet townhouse development with only 6 units sharing the small beachfront pool. Just a short walk from dive centers, resorts, bars and restaurants of West Bay Beach yet far enough away for privacy and quiet. If you want to be within walking distance from the action, but not in the middle of it, this is the beachfront condo for you.
Villa Paz has a large, open living area, a wide front deck with sea views and steps to the beach. The master bedroom on the upper level is spacious with huge sun/stargazing deck, king size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the main floor are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed & en-suite bathroom (shower) plus a 3rd bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom located in the hallway.
Two extra persons can be accommodated on the fold out couches in the master bedroom.
In the evening, you can ask the concierge for a fire pit for you and your family to enjoy!

19% Honduran Tax is charged and must be paid when you submit your last payment.

Why they chose this property
I chose Villa Paz because its on the north end of West Bay Beach. The villa is spacious and fits my family needs. I enjoy waking up in the morning to the ocean view.... it never gets old!
What makes this property unique
Villa Paz feels as if you're on a secluded island but walk past Caribe Tesoro and you're in the hustle and bustle of West Bay Beach. There are so many restaurants and activities on West Bay Beach. Catch a water taxi from Las Roca's dock next to Villa Paz and head over to West End. Villa Paz offers indoor/outdoor dining. Bring your family and enjoy the turquoise waters right down the stairs from the villa.
