We will be happy to welcome you in our house of 120m2, ideally located 150 m in flip flops sandy beaches and quiet on a closed plot of 850m2.
Foot fishing for some, idleness or sandcastles for others.
For the more sporty, many water activities nearby and for nature lovers, nice walks to discover our beautiful coast of Brittany.

Newly renovated house (2017). South-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue

On the ground floor: newly fitted and equipped kitchen: (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge), dining room with dining table for 8 people, living room with TV. Bedroom with double bed, wc, garage with washing machine and dryer

Upstairs: two bedrooms with two single beds each and another bedroom with a double bed, wc. All bedding is recent. Shower room with large walk-in shower

Possibility to rent sheets and towels. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival.

Place for the vehicle in front of the garage (closed). Suitable for families.

Very quiet area, not overlooked, near the small port of kerfissien, during the summer Kerfissien market (beachfront) every Sunday morning less than 1 km

Geweldig huis en een mooie locatie

We hebben hier onzettend genoten! Mooi huis, mooie tuin , mooie omgeving en heerlijk rustig! En de gastvrouw was ook erg aardig! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Maison impeccable et bien placée

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaines dans la maison, 4 adultes et 1 adolescent. Elle est moderne, avec 2 salles de bains, 3 chambres à l'étage et 1 en rdc. Tout est impeccable, ultra propre. Nous nous y sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Finistère Nord, de la pointe jusqu'à Perros Guirrec pour nous. Une plage et le sentier de randonnée sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Petit lotissement et arrière de la maison donnant sur des champs. Grand jardin. Stéphanie est très sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons cette location et y retournerons sans hésiter.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Lage am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat einen riesigen Garten, dieser grenzt direkt an Felder. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, hier werden auch Hunde den ganzen Tag über geduldet. In näherer Umgebung gibt es ein Tabac/Bar, wo man leckere Baguette, Croissants usw. bekommen kann. Im Haus findet man alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Der Kontakt zu der netten Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert, vielen Dank dafür.

Excellente location

Belle maison située à 150 m d'une côte sauvage, toute équipée, bien décorée,, clôturée et sans vis-à-vis, en toute sécurité pour les familles avec enfants ou animaux. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Location à ne pas rater pour un séjour agréable à Plouescat..
