New modern villa with heated and covered swimming pool, built in 2019 with an area of 130 m² of comfort. Located in a quiet location 1.7 km from the sea.
It consists of 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large bathroom (bath, shower).
A very pleasant and bright living room.
The swimming pool is covered and secured (motorized telescopic shelter). It measures 4 meters wide by 10 meters long and heated to 29 ° (from the beginning of May to the end of September).
A large south-facing terrace equipped with all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay.
The land is completely fenced.

Second stay at this villa,The property itself is absolutely fantastic, we love the layout of it and the pool.Beach is a few mins drive away.It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what I like.The 1500 cash deposit is high but I understand why this has to be, just factor that into your holiday spends.Only 30 mins from the Roscoff ferry to Plymouth.We’re booking to return again soon

Beautiful property, but a very stressful experience with the hosts. The property itself is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a fantastic pool — 9/10 for the accommodation. Unfortunately, the host experience was very different. On arrival, after travelling in 35C heat with four children, we were told that a 1,500 cash deposit was required before we could have the keys. The listing only referred to a 1,000 card hold and did not disclose a requirement for a cash deposit. After some discussion, the hosts agreed that we could pay 1,000 instead, as this was the maximum amount we were able to withdraw. This still caused us approximately 150 in financial loss due to the exchange-rate difference. We were also advised to it’s 10 per towel, despite linen being advertised as provided. This additional charge was not disclosed in the listing. Check-in took around 2.5 hours and included several issues, including missing Wi-Fi information, an unmade bed and an inaccurate property location. We were then asked to leave 45 minutes earlier than the advertised check-out time, with this only being communicated the day before. Despite paying a 150 cleaning fee, we were given numerous cleaning and departure tasks. We also spent additional time cleaning because we were concerned about the return of the 1,000 deposit. Check-out took around an hour while the property was inspected very thoroughly. In total, around 3.5 hours of our holiday were lost to check in and check out. Avoid!

Wrong info given re property

I was lead to believe the house was ON THE BEACH as states in description. This was not the case it was a short drive away which is what it should say when describing the property The house itself was beautiful and the lovely pool was fantastic for my family

Great pool and safe space

Loved the pool, nice spacious accommodation in a good location. It could be better equipped with towels (as photos suggest) hand soap and hair dryer. Unexpected request for large cash or cheque deposit on arrival. Disappointed to be made to cancel initial booking at owners request for hosts to increase the price significantly.

Villa avec piscine réellement chauffée un plaisir pour les enfants avec un extérieur totalement clôturée et abris piscine pour la sécurité La maison est extrêmement bien équipée ( surtout la cuisine ) et très bien entretenue !!!!! L’hôte très accueillante et disponible . Nous étions 9 et nous avions vraiment chacun notre espace . Voiture en sécurité Avec portail électrique . Plouescat a été pour nous le point départ pour nos balade de Brest jusqu’à perros guirrec Je cherche mais je trouve pas de point négatif. Merci pour l’accueil et bonne continuation Camille

Belle maison mais dommage qu'elle ne soit pas assez équipée, pas de TV dans les chambres, manque d'équipements dans la cuisine et de jeux d'extérieur pour les enfants, enfin l'environnement industriel autour de la maison est décevant. En revanche le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.

Maison et piscine au top

Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison moderne et très très bien équipée. Tout est présent pour passer un excellent moment. Des jeux d'eau, des jeux de société, des livres.... Maison calme et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très agréables également.

Très chouette maison de vacances où l'on se sent bien

La maison est toute neuve et très belle, meublée et décorée avec goût. La terrasse est très agréable et la piscine est très chouette. Nounous sommes sentis vraiment chez nous. Le propriétaire, Arnaud, est très accueillant et sympathique. Il habite à côté mais est très discret. Si nécessaire, il est disponible.
