Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment where having breakfast (or cocktails) with the view of the swimming pool will be your daily treat.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A decoration carefully chosen by the owners to render a “like at home” atmosphere instead of “like at the hotel”.

- A beautiful living room with bay windows opening to the terrace, with a a comfy sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, sound bar, and a great dining table for 6. And as a bonus, adjustable lights for those who like cozy ambiances.

- A magnificent well-equipped open-floor kitchen with everything you need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”), as well as all the latest appliances such as induction cook-top, a Magimix food processor, a beer maker and a bunch of utensils and tableware… Just bring your culinary skills!

- A terrace with dining table, barbecue and electric griddle for unbeatable outdoor meals!

- A bedroom suite with private shower room, a king size bed, a large closet a TV set and a desk. There is access to the terrace from here too.

- A second bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.

- A separate full bathroom near the entrance, with shower and toilets.

Some highlights:

- Private underground parking (for small cars)
- Private swimming pool for the condo residents.
- Secure building with entry system.
- Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
- High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- Sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Impasse Ordan, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than four and a half minutes (or way more if you walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do some skinny dipping or find a nice spot at an outdoor café to enjoy a drink.

- Walk around the Palm Beach area to enjoy its village ambiance and pretend to be a Native while doing your daily shopping in the cute local stores (bakery, butcher’s shop, grocery stores, etc...)

- Go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean’s.

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.

- Change scenery and go catch some sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides.

- Talk the family or friends into going for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Etang.

And in less than ten minutes by car:

- Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go work if you are here for business).

- Board a train for an unknown (or not) destination.

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
