This T2 of 40 m ² which has just been entirely renovated can accomodate up to 4 people.
Besides the ocean view you can admire from all the rooms, you have a great comfort.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a King Size bed (1.80 m) and a bright living room with kitchen equipped with the sofa bed (1.60 m bed with a mattress comfort of 18 cm, unfolds very easily).
We put at your disposal a luxury equipment: induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator in vintage design, combined microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, TV, access 4G, plenty of storage space, walk-in shower, WC separate.
Access also to a parking space and lift, possibility to put your bikes inside the garage.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour où rien ne manquait dans cet appartement vraiment agréable à vivre. Le bâtiment respire la tranquillité, les promenades sur la plage à proximité sont ressourçantes, les couchés de soleil magnifiques et tout ce qui est à visiter autour. Nous avons découvert l’Eglise de Châtelaillon avec ses peintures modernes surprenantes ... De très bonnes prestations, c’est l’appartement parfait et merci pour l’accueil que nous a réservé Stéphanie.
