Amenities include full use of Westin 5 Star Resort facilities. Free shuttle to Westin, to the beach, to golf, or to Shelter Cove Shopping Center. Also has two close swimming pools with hot tub. One block from nice City park area on the beach. Fully furnished condo with washer and dryer, refrigerator, Four flat screen TVs, microwave, oven, free cable and WiFi Internet, outside grill and picnic area. Outside rear deck overlooking lagoon and golf course. Two master suites with two jacuzzi tubs, one on each floor. Third bedroom on second floor. Living Room has pull out sofa.

I am a lawyer in Bristol, Virginia. I have owned this property about ten years and I use it about half the time and rent it the other half. It is the best rental property on Hilton Head and best value!
Why they chose this property
Great convenient location with golf package saves you hundreds on golf during the week for4 golfers - safe and private area - great bike location and routes - nice gas grill to use outside !
