One block from nice City park area on the beach. Fully furnished condo with washer and dryer, refrigerator, Four flat screen TVs, microwave, oven, free cable and WiFi Internet, outside grill and picnic area. Outside rear deck overlooking lagoon and golf course. Two master suites with two jacuzzi tubs, one on each floor. Third bedroom on second floor. Living Room has pull out sofa.

Great convenient location with golf package saves you hundreds on golf during the week for4 golfers - safe and private area - great bike location and routes - nice gas grill to use outside !

nice golf course view and lagoon in rear- occasional alligator in lagoon or along the bank, but protected with metal fence and high bank
