A spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath designer decorated first floor villa with 1350 square feet of living space. An end unit villa with additional windows allowing more natural light throughout. Relax and enjoy panoramic lagoon and golf views from the covered balcony and private screened in porch. There is a king size bed in the master suite, and master bath is fitted with a double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom comes with a “Swing King”, typically set up as two twin beds but upon request can be made into a king bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped with china, glassware, silverware, a full size refrigerator with ice maker, glass topped stove and self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee makers (drip & keurig), toaster, in-room washer/dryer, dining table seating for 6 plus a complete set of pots and pans. A starter set of amenities of ground coffee, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels are included. The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, a highbacked cushioned chair, and your very own wet bar. A 50" flat screen Smart TV in the living area plus a wall-mounted 40" flat screen TV in each bedroom.
