About this property

Beautiful condo across from Loon! Clean and updated.

PLEASE READ before requesting to rent.

We require a two night minimum. If you request for less, we will not be able to accept.

Thank you for taking a look at our condo. Regardless of season, we expect that you will have a great time in the area and resting while back at our condo. The condo is our personal vacation home. As such we are seeking groups who will treat it as so.

The condo is best suited for 1-2 families or 3-4 couples.
We do not allow pets under any circumstances.
We do not do Winter Seasonal rentals.

Updated 3 Bedroom (sleeps 9 in beds) Townhouse/Condo across the street from Loon Mountain. All new bedding and many décor updates. This unit has it all and is right in the heart of all that the area has to offer. Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Foliage, Festivals..etc.

We had an awesome time! The condo was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Best of all, it was SO close to the slopes, with free shuttle service. Our kids enjoyed the board games and the indo board.

February vacation

We had a great time at the condo! Great for two families with kids ranging from 4 to 18, and really enjoyed the bus to the mountain. Super convenient for skiing.

What a fabulous stay. Owner was very attentive, able to tell us if the place was ready early. Clean place, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Comfy beds, kids especially loved the bunk room. We will definitely be back again soon! Thank you!

Great Condo!

This was a great condo in perfect location for us! We were a small group of 6 women and this condo fit us perfectly! The owner was easy to reach with questions and the property was very clean and well stocked!

The property was minutes from Loon. Very clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Was great for 4 kids and 3 adults. Would def rent here again.

We loved our stay at Sam’s condo! It was spacious, beautiful, clean, and communicating with him was so easy. We only needed a place to stay for 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. We would gladly rent here again and will recommend it to friends and family!

Perfect!

Great location for a weekend at Loon with door to door shuttle service. The layout was perfect for our 2 families to spread out. Had everything we needed. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and clean stay!

Hello this property was spot on and an excellant location. Located right near loon mountain and on the kangamangus. Sam was a great host and was very promt answering any questions i had. We were a larger group of 10 and we fit perfectly. Towels and linens were provided. We would stay here again for sure!!

Beautiful Condo

Family ski weekend: Condo was well appointed, large with 3 levels, lots of windows and a great view! The fireplace was lovley after a long day of skiing. Located about 3 minites from Loon. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Mud room for all the ski equiptment, very clean!. Plan on returning next year! Thanks Sam!!

Great ski vacation with family!

The condo was perfect for our family ski getaway! It was impeccably clean and even more beautiful in person. The condo is located very close to Loon Ski Mountain and easily accessible via the shuttle that stops right outside the door! Say hi to Betty the shuttle driver for us - she is a gem : ) Sam the owner was very communicative and a fantastic host.

Great condo, well equipped, plenty of space and fantastic location

This is a great and very spacious condo. My kids absolutely loved it. Host had great communication - we had a an inconvenience when we arrived and Sam was very responsive and did his best to remediate the situation. The house had plenty of board games and it is so conveniently located from the slopes that it made skiing that much easier. Would absolutely stay here again.
