Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put a load of towels in the washer and start washing machine
Put out all trash to the garbage at the end of the driveway. Make sure to lock trashcan, bear resistant.
Return all furniture to the original configuration. Make sure all windows and doors are locked to include shed. Turn off all electric heaters and pellet heater if you used them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes should be worn while inside If your driving please let me help you navigate through San Isabel National Forest Do not feed the bears.
No pets are allowed on property • Pre-approval may be requested • Not pre-approved guests will be change a cleaning fee and $50 day/pet
Please only 6 adult and up to eight total guests. Please let me know the ages of your children, this helps with setting up the cabin

Because we are still currently working, we would like to invite you to enjoy this cabin. Hurry, it will become our full-time retirement cabin in a few years!
