Located inside loop 1604!!! What a clean and cute home! Perfect for families visiting their new BMT Graduate! A perfect place to stay after a fun day at the river walk or Sea World is also super close! Enjoy this family (and pet!) friendly single story home that is just minutes from everything!!!!

You will find just what you need for a fantastic stay. 3 separate bedrooms provide privacy for your family or friends while still providing a great space in the open floorplan living and kitchen to gather. Enjoy the beautiful tile floors and updated bathrooms. Tall 9 foot ceilings make the cozy space even more spacious feeling.
Sip your coffee outside in the morning on a beautiful pergola covered patio in the private back yard.
Both TVs (Living room and Master Bedroom) are set up with ROKU devices for you to use during your stay and Netflix is signed in for you to enjoy. Please note there is no cable or local antenna at the property.
The home is ready if you have a little one :) There is a high chair, pack and play, bounce chair and other baby friendly items for you to use.
Home is located just minutes from shopping and several restaurants.
Whip up your graduate's favorite dish in the fully stocked kitchen or use the charcoal grill for a family cookout!
