The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Toss all used towels on the floor in guest bathroom. Clean any dishes used, pots and pans are hand washed only. All trash should be placed in the black can on the right side of the house outside
Set AC to 78 before leaving. Turn off all TVs and any games in the game room. Make sure all remotes are left in their respective locations.
Please ensure you lock the side door, close the overhead garage and make sure you securely close and lock the front door on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday) and 11:30 PM to 9:00 AM (Friday–Saturday). Game room closed during this time.
Please do not relocate any furniture within the property, including the game room. Charges may apply if this rule is ignored.
Currently the back yard is off limits to guests due to pending yard work.

I absolutely loved our stay. Our host was amazing. Best communication I've ever had from a host. If you are looking for a place to stay for BMT graduation at Lackland THIS IS YOUR PLACE! LOOK NO FARTHER! They have a game room, a huge couch, 2 bathrooms, yes 2 FULL BATHROOMS! AND THE CUTEST COFFEE BAR! You are so close to base you don't have to worry about being there on time either! I would book again in a heartbeat!
