Private and nice house conditioned for comfort of visitors. Decorated with local art, family antiques, many plants and furniture made from recycled materials. All mixed in an eclectic environment thinking in the optimization of spaces.

3 BDR with double beds, a/c, tv and own bathroom. The forth BDR has 8 single beds in bunk mode. 2 living areas, dining room and kitchen. 2 bathrooms in common areas.

All house can allow until 20 people.

Great location and value.

We loved the place but it needs some upkeep. Upstairs landing toilet needs a new wax ring. Leaks when you flush it. Washing machine on switch was broken. Screen doors wouldn't slide.But we still loved it. Sell it to me and I will fix it up and give it the love it needs.

Crazy Expenses

I was very excited to arrive the check in process was very easy. I read the reviews and it mentions there was a broken button on the washer that was never replaced. All of the electrical switches we loose. The worst part was the first bathroom upstairs had a leak you would urinte or feces and when you would flush it would spill! Disgusting! The main rooms bathroom smelled like sewage ! And every sliding door had a struggle to open! The second living room next to the kitchen was very dusty and the couch had cat piss smell. I amBeing very graceful because for five days it was close to two bands and for half the price punta minta is way nicer and with a pool. Will never stay again. I also booked the house for 15 people and received 6 towels and all had holes on them. I also let the land lord know about some electrical problems and showed up when we were not home . Although nothing was missing felt a bit like an invasion of privacy .
