Perfect place to vacation!! This 2 bed 1 bath is completely updated with with all new furniture. Coastal decor throughout makes this the perfect place to call home while you’re on vacation. This condo has all NEW: windows, metal-roof, 6-inch baseboard, trim, blinds, fans, light fixtures, light switches, outlets, electric-panel, fresh interior paint, textured walls and ceiling. Kitchen has NEW white shaker style wood cabinets, lovely grey granite counter-tops, white subway tile backslash, and all new appliances. All three beds have memory foam mattresses. There’s an air mattress. Three brand new flat screen smart TV's. All cook wear, dishes, cups, tuber-wear, utensils are brand new. New Keurig, Ninja blender, also beach essentials, bbq grill and so much more. Come and watch the dolphins play from the large community dock. Walk to the beach and Taco city for lunch! 2.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. 5 mins from Pineda Causeway. Coin washer and dryer are located and premises.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to sit at the end of the street in the morning and watch the dolphins play and feed in the river was a real treat. The place was very clean and was everything we needed for a great time! We’d definitely rent from Jack and Leslie again!

Fantastic spot!

Great place

Such a nice place! Everything you need is there. The apartment had a chilled beach vibe and was super clean. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. There was everything we needed for the stay - beach towels included. We can definitely recommend to stay here!

Charming and quiet cottage in perfect location for families

We rented since we had a cruise out of Port Canaveral. This little gem ticked all the boxes: quiet but accessible; steps from the beach in a quiet area; clean and practical; there is a small pier and deck on the river you can use. Bonus is we got to see a Space X launch from here one morning. Zero issues, we recommend.

Adorable & perfect location

This home was adorable! It was well maintained and in a great location if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle or have some privacy. The home owners near by are helpful and kind! The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors if they wake before you or stay up later but it does not decrease the positives of the home, location, and kind neighbors. Beautiful scenery. Easy walk to the beach and dock. Great food and fun close by! The hosts are kind and respond quickly! I would definitely stay here again with my friends or family!
