Apartment located only 150 m from the seaside, fitness trail and seaside promenade. Pond nearby walk, walk around the pond.
All shops nearby - bus lines at the bottom of the building to reach the city of Sète
for holidaymakers or spa guests.

Bonjour. Il est vrai que nous sommes en été et une station balnéaire. Il est possible d'être dérange parfois par des passages bruyants de vacanciers rentrant de la plage où des restaurants et paillotes. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez pu subir ce désagrément.

Très bien

Studio sympa avec chambre et balcon, plutôt bien agencé, dans une résidence calme. Très bon emplacement car proche de la mer et d'une superbe plage à 3minutes à pied. Une jolie place touristique avec quelques boutiques et restaurants est à proximité, on y voit les joutes sur le canal.. Pour rejoindre la ville il faut prendre le bus ou la voiture. C'est très correct et cohérent avec le prix nous sommes satisfaits. En plus il y a l'ascenseur et le parking privé.

Très bon séjour. Location parfaite, très bien situé

Location très accessible avec ascenseur place de parking clos pour la voiture Tout est a proximité la mer et la plage les lieux de courses etc..... Très bon rapport avec Catherine pour l'arrivée et le départ pourtant nous l'avons fait se lever à 6h du matin pour le départ .....

Appartement moyennement propre , plusieurs choses à revoir dont la salle de bain ( paroi de douche ) , dans l’appartement il fait vraiment très chaud même avec des ventilateurs.

Désolée pour la chaleur vous êtiez en très forte canicule et le soleil est sur l'immeuble toute la journée..les stores occultants doivent être descendus toute la journée avec une toute petite aération .. Plus favorable en temps normal. L'appartement n'est pas récent, malheureusement pas l'aspect du neuf J'espère que vous avez pu quand même passer un bon séjour cordialement

pour les amateurs de plage et de sports nautiques

très proche des plages, et de quelques commerces et restaurants divers , place de parking très appréciée sinon tout est payant. rapport qualité prix correct . chambre spacieuse, salle d'eau peu confortable ,stores de la loggia en très mauvais état et volet du salon bloqué. quelques travaux à faire pour rendre cet appartement plus confortable malgré des efforts . du réel potentiel . très bon séjour malgré ces bémols.

Je suis allée sur place pour constater l'état de l'appartement après les occupations estivales et fait effectuer les changements nécessaires. je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas trouvé la salle d'eau assez spacieuse - ses vues montrent que ce n'est pas grand - il n'y a pas de volet mais des stores renouvelés et occultants Je retiens toutefois que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement et votre séjour et vous en remercie. Good apartment near the beach in Sète

We slept for a week in this apartment, which is very conveniently located near the Plage de la Corniche. The apartment is small but furnished in a very practical way. The kitchen is very efficient, and you can park your car in the condo parking. The owner was there to greet us and give us the keys. Would I rent it again? Yes. Just a thing needs to be corrected: on HomeAway there's "air conditining" listed below the ad (not mentioned in the ad), but there's actually none (you have a ceiling fan in the living room and a portable fan in the bedroom). But even in august it wasn't unbearably hot, because the weather is generally windy.
