We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. We had everything we needed and the location was convenient. There are neighbors, but not too close. It is a quiet neighborhood among the pine trees. Can hear the train whistle in the distance, a pleasant sound. Would stay here again.
The house was great. The only drawbacks were no cell service and no propane for the grill. Otherwise we had a great trip and the house was very comfortable.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry about the cell reception. Due to the homes location and the surrounding mountains the cell service is spotty and it's very common for that area. We are very sorry that the propane was empty. Since we do not live in the area we leave the responsibility of filling the propane to the visitor. We hope that won't deter you from staying with us in the future. Thank you for you kind review.
This was the perfect getaway. The home is beautiful and clean. The pictures online are accurate. Our favorite part is the view from the backyard patio. Stunning. Lori was a gracious and helpful hostess. We would be blessed to come again in the future!

We love our back deck and it means so much to us that you enjoyed the view and your stay. Thank you for your great review.
We had a great time with family at this cabin. The washer has a sign, saying it doesn't work. Having kids we always get a cabin with a washer and dryer. Wish it was in the description it was not in working order.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us.
Cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around exploring and loving the forest views. It was so peaceful hanging out in the backyard with the mountains, sitting by the firepit. Host's communicated well. They did tell us about the front door having issues, which was a great heads up. Just wish we knew about all the other doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms not shutting all the way and making lots of noise when opening/shutting. We have young children that take naps and go to bed early, so having doors like that was an issue. Also, we didn't know that we would need to watch our water usage and take military style showers. Again, with younger kids this was a bit of a drawback, they get dirty and so do their clothes. Being able to use the shower and washer is important when we look for a place to stay. That being said, we did our best to conserve water and follow the Host's guidelines. At the end of the stay we had a great time and loved how close it was to things we wanted to do but was far enough away to enjoy nature and the peacefulness.
Awesome family time! Inside this property was spacious and clean (for the most part). One family member has allergies to dog/cat hair. They found a little of, what seemed to be pet hair, on their bed. It didn’t damper our vacation. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our stay. The property owners were amazing at answering all my questions and were great to deal with.

Thank you Angela! We are so happy you enjoyed you stay at our cabin! We apologize about the pet hair....we have a small dog that stays with us but she is hypoallergenic and does not shed and no cats have ever been in the cabin. We hope you will book with us again, we would love to have you!
After getting some horrible news I had to find a place quick to fulfill my sister’s wish to see the Grand Canyon. We chose Williams after we goggled where would be best to stay to see the most. I saw this and thought, wow, private, rustic, perfect for us. So I booked taking a chance. We were all in love!! This place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and above all you are surrounded with the most beautiful, sole recharging views!!! You are close to everything. We were blessed with the added bonus of snow the first night so waking up to a white wonder was breath taking!!! You can sit anywhere and watch the snow fall! It was a warm, cozy, stay! We hope to re visit again! Also the owners couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating!
Overall we were very pleased with this home. There were pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful location among the pines. Quiet. Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Nicely decorated. Cons: Deck needed repair. Dishwasher fell out of the cabinet when we tried to load it. Listing said washer and dryer, but then there was a sign saying washing machine was not available. Since water is from cistern, had to boil it in order to drink it. Communication with owner/manager was great.
The property and cabin is beautiful and modern. We love the area, we're actually thinking of buying land there. The only problem we had from 5:00pm check-in to the next morning, was having no water. The guest before us used the majority of the water from the tank and what was left the caretaker used the remaining of water for cleaning. We called the owners and they had their caretaker arrive at the cabin with 5 gallons of water to use for toilets so we could at least use the restroom. My husband fixed their toilet in order to save water from leaking, because the toilet kept intermittently running. We had to purchase more water in order to wash dishes, brush our teeth and etc. The next morning at 7:30am the water truck arrived to fill the water tank. Other than the rough mishap the first night we were there, it was a nice cabin to stay in. We learn our lesson when renting these cabins; make sure the water tank is full, otherwise you could be reliable of paying to fill it up when there's very little water left or no water at all like we experienced. I'm thankful we didn't have pay the 200.00 to fill it up when it's a quarter or less left, which isn't fair. Was disappointed we did not receive any credit or any compensation for having no water the first night, fixing their toilet and purchasing water for their problem

Thank you for your review of our cabin. We are happy you enjoyed the home and the area. We understand your disappointment regarding the water. We are somewhat new to this and are currently working on installing another water tank so this does not happen ever again. It takes some getting used to when learning how to conserve water when the majority of people (ourselves included) have always just turned on the faucet and never really have to think about conserving water. But we get it! We would love to reimburse you for your water you had to buy, please reach out to us and we will be happy to pay for that no problem at all. Thank you again and we hope you will book with us again!
Our favorite place on this whole property was the backyard fire pit where we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and could relax. The beds were great and overall it was clean. We did notice that some of the doors were wonky and did not shut or close properly. Board games or cornhole games would be nice!
We enjoyed this cabin immensely; the location, the accommodation was perfect. Going to the Grand Canyon, Bearazonia, Downtown Williams and we even hiked on Keyhole Sink Trail....Saw Elk in the fields and truly was a perfect, clean and large cabin. Hope to come back!

It was a beautiful property with beautiful views. The home was clean and well decorated.
The inside of this home was very clean. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. Fire pit is very nice & there is a small fireplace in the home that is nice. You are just over an hour from the south rim of the Grand Canyon and a short drive to the town of Williams which is nice. Overall we liked it & would stay again if available when we return.
Not a 5 star for the following reasons:
1. The bbq needed to be cleaned.
2. There is a washer & dryer but you are not allowed to use them.
3. The decks could use some cosmetic attention.
4. The wifi is not great. I would say okay at best & there is not much cells service in the area.
Must do in the area:
1. Grand Canyon of course.
2. Bearizona
3. Gunfighter Canyon Indoor Shooting
4. Explore Willams & Route 66.

Thank you soooo much for your feedback and your positive review. Regarding your concerns. The washer and dryer is used to wash the sheets and towels and since we have hauled water on the property we recommend that our visitors not use them because of the water conservation. About the wifi and phone service that's just part of the area that we live in. Our home is surrounded by mountains and there just isn't good service there. Since your stay we have had the decks painted, thank you for your information about that. Your feedback is so appreciated. Thank you again.
The Property was clean and comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable. A couple of recommendations would be for the owner to clean up and refinish the front and back decks. The paint is peeling and looks bad. The decks do not convey a welcoming message. Also, I understand that water is trucked into the property and usage needs to be monitored, but as a renter you feel stressed about whether you will run out if you wash your hands too often. Finally, the online listing mentions the presence of a washer/dryer but a sign on the property indicates that you aren't able to use them. This should either not be advertised or allow limited usage (water usage issue). Overall, or stay was nice but sprucing up the place and less emphasis on water usage would make the stay more relaxing. Thank you.

Thank you Bob for your review of your stay. We are glad that you enjoyed the cabin. While we do appreciate your recommendation I do have to say that it is not from any form of neglect but from the harsh elements of the winters of heavy snow at times. We actually treat the decks at least every year to make sure they maintain their beauty and integrity. Regarding the warnings of water usage is nothing new for the area as everyone is on hauled water and it is important to alert our guest to conserve the water. You really do not need to worry about how many times you wash your hands it’s more about not letting the water run and wasting it. Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you back again.
Well stocked kitchen, huge deck, elk buggling. Can't wait to come back!

Nice retreat in Forest neighborhood
The home was very cozy and the forest neighborhood was very relaxing. The only thing that was misleading in the listing was the availability of the washer and dryer. The initial information showed "coin laundry", however the washer and dryer were not coin and they were not available for use by the tenant.
Very nice and clean. Great location for visiting the many sites of the area. Ceiling fans would be a great addition in all of the bedrooms for the warm days but there were a couple small window fans available that helped cool the cabin down. We had 6 adults, 5 nights and water usage was not an issue for us as we followed the owner's recommendations for showering. Very enjoyable quiet location but like any rural location be prepared with some mosquito repellent for outdoor activities. Would book again.
