House has amazing views of Emigrant Peak with a hot tub, fire pit, and sauna on the deck! Beds were very comfortable and area was quiet and a 30-40 minute ride to Yellowstone’s north entrance.

The house was very clean and offered a lot of space for our family. It has a great location with easy access to Livingston and YS. The kitchen is very well stocked and there were multiple amenities available for a baby (high chair, play pen, etc). These were very appreciated! Hot tub was amazing with great views. Our only discomfort was that in every bedroom where the portable AC units were vented through the window, there were gaps left where outside air could come in through the window. During our trip, we experienced several days of very high wind which caused lots of noise but worse, it pushed lots of cold air inside the bedrooms (mainly where the kids were). We ended up stuffing pillows under the blinds to block the wind and noise during the nights. Outside of this, the house was wonderful and we would recommend!

This is a beautiful home with a view that is impossible to beat. And we have evening visits from 4-14 deer nightly!Only item to note is that there is one bedroom downstairs and the larger ones upstairs. But it is well worth renting! We were there for a full month and never tired of it.Any question was handled immediately and no problems in any way. Beautiful property!!

Perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

If you are looking for a peaceful setting with gorgeous views this is the place to stay! Home was nicely updated, plenty of space, clean perfect for that friends or family getaway!

Absolutely beautiful property! Very kind and responsive hosts!!! Beautiful view, comfy beds… loved every minute there!!! We did whitewater mountains for zip lining and flying pig for white water rafting, horse riding,and fly fishing and would highly recommend doing as much as you can!!! Walked Main Street in Bozeman which was anwesome for shopping and eating , and checked out old glory, grizzly and wolf center, and mammoth springs in Yellowstone and saw so so many animals on the way there and back! We enjoyed a morning in Yellowstone springs too where we did cold plunge and enjoyed the hot springs!!! Everything was perfect! Regarding the house, we LOVED the scenery, the comfort, the random animals that would show up, the hot tub.. the list goes on. I love this place! And it’s in the middle of everything… an hour from Bozeman, 30 min from Gardnier where the adventure things are and the entrance to Yellowstone… what an awesome week we had here!

Everything about this home was perfect! Incredible views, hot tub and sauna on the huge deck, under stars at night and endless mountain peaks for miles and miles. Inside the home was immaculate with great attention to detail. Kitchen is a dream if you cook, I absolutely loved the extensive library (poetry lover), the great room and the family room. The view from every window is fantastic. Mostly the peaceful atmosphere and quiet of the neighborhood was much appreciated. Communication from the host was excellent. Look no further if you want convenience to Yellowstone north entrance and surrounding ares like Gardiner, Livingston & Bozeman. A must-do - dine at the Old Saloon and drinks at the Grill at Sage Lodge.

Perfect location. Close enough to Livingston, Yellowstone, Yellowstone River, and Chico Hot Springs and very private with beautiful views. House is very well appointed and property manager is super responsive. Could not have had a better stay!

Perfect sanctuary for a girls trip

This house is magic. The location is stunning and it's the perfect distance in between Bozeman and Yellowstone. The Chico hot springs are the perfect place to reset and I've never seen so many stars from the back deck. I hope to be back soon. Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay.

Absolutely stunning!

The pictures do not do justice. This place is extremely clean, with soft sheets and towels! Easy access to the north entrance of Yellowstone and of course the hot tub and sauna were wonderful! A must if you are staying in paradise valley!

Fantastic Getaway

Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. The house had everything we needed. Close to Sage Lodge and the Old Saloon. Would definitely go back.

Nice house - Just as advertised

The property was clean and well stocked. Thirty minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Beautiful views from the deck. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate to what you will experience in the house. We had a great stay.

Easy living

This property was better than expected! It had everything we needed and was roomy! The view of the valley was spectacular along with a bright super moon! We made use of the sauna, hot tub and the games. We all loved the house and want to come back!
