Nous nous permettons d'éclaircir quelques points. Vous étiez bien présents avec votre femme lors de l'état des lieux. Nous étions étonnés que vous ayez laissé le volet du séjour fermé alors que la vue mer est prodigieuse et en le relevant en votre présence, la manivelle s'est cassée. Comprenez que nous avons trouvé ça étonnant. Cela dit nous ne vous avons pas demandé de la régler, le propriétaire a confirmé son ancienneté, et la manivelle a été changé.
