L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce.La vue du balcon est exceptionnelle et l'appartement se situe près des principaux sites de la région.Avons été très contents de notre séjour à Perros Guirec.

Studio : très bien, propre et fonctionnel, vue magnifique. J'aurais juste aimé avoir une petite étagère dans la cabine de douche et un store à la baie vitrée : il faisait très chaud le matin.Accueil : parfait.Accès à la plage : j'aurais apprécié qu'on me dise qu'il y avait 71 marches.Prix : 50 pour le ménage, c'est trop cher pour un petit studio de 20m2. En dehors du linge à laver, il n'y avait pas de gros ménage à faire, j'avais laissé tout propre...

Bonjour, pour information, il y a des stores sur les baies vitrées, peut-être ne les avez-vous pas vus. En ce qui concerne les marches pour descendre à la plage, je ne suis pas responsable du relief de la côte de granit rose mais j'apprends qu'elles sont au nombre de 71 ,merci. Et pour ce qui est du prix du ménage, il faut 2 heures pour refaire le menage correctement et cela comprend en effet le linge et son entretien et les produits menagers. Merci de l'avoir laissé propre, j'ai plus l'habitude de le retrouver sale voire très sale. Bonne journée.

Apt idéalement situé, face à la mer. C'est un émerveillement chaque matin, au lever du soleil et même par temps brumeux. Il faut fournir quelques efforts pour remonter par le peti chemin ... et les marches... ou bien par la route.L'apt est très propre, très bien équipé et la literie très confortable. Très beau et bon séjour dans cette magnifique région. Merci à Isabelle.

Magnifique vue depuis le balcon ou le patio !! Appartement bien équipé et décoré à 1min à pied de la plage,Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre balades, restos avec terrasse et commerces à proximité. Les propriétaires partagent leurs coups de cœur et nous en avons profité !

Ein kleines aber super eingerichtetes Studio mit Blick auf das Meer

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für 2 Personen ideal, sehr gut auch der feste Parkplatz auf dem gesicherten Areal.Es war ein Vergnügen hier gewesen zu sein!

Très belle vue!

Très beau studio avec une véranda, vrai piéce supplémentaire, qui permet d'admirer la vue ,en etant au chaud en janvier !. Studio bien équipé, tout y est très bon accueil et disponibilité. Bref un très bon séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir cette belle région. Merci à Christophe et Isabelle
