In Brittany, in the Côtes d'Armor, in the heart of the pink granite coast, in the town of Trégastel, a small coastal village, we welcome you to a 45m2 apartment, wooden frame, built in 2024, adjoining our home but completely independent.
Bright space, not overlooked, with private wooden terrace of 25m2 South West, parking space and shared unfenced garden of more than 2000 m2.

Cosy and functional interior composed of:
* open fitted and equipped kitchen
(induction hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer)
* living room with sofa, table/bar and storage
* bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
* bedroom with 1 Queen size bed with memory foam 180x 190 (separable into 2 if necessary). Electric shutter. Quiet for beautiful and rejuvenating nights!

Minimum duration of 7 nights (14 days in August)
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.
Arrival 5 pm / departure 10 am

The price does not include sheets (duvet cover and pillowcases) & towels & tea towels.
Cleaning is to be carried out by you (necessary equipment provided).
A cleaning fee of €60 will be requested otherwise.
A deposit of €400 (to be requested on arrival) is required to avoid damage.
Tourist tax to be paid on site according to the current rate.

Ideally located to discover the coast, only 500 m from the many beaches (Tourony, La Grève blanche, Coz Pors and Renote Island).

Close to TGV station (10km by car/bus from Lannion)
