Great property and host!

We stayed in town for a bike race and the house was great. It fulfilled all our need and was extremely comfortable. Ample sleeping space and comfortable beds. Virgina also provides snacks, breakfast foods and drinks, as well as a well-stocked pantry. Communication was great the whole stay and I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

The house is very cute and great especially if you have a larger group. Convenient location and close to restaurants and the university. The house has everything you need, even things you might not think about! Virginia communicated throughout the whole process and was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice place to stay

The place was conveniently located to the University of Arkansas. The neighborhood is quite with occasional train noise though not too distracting. Very responsive host. Place has all you would ever need to make this a home away from home.

Homecoming Weekend

Had a very nice stay at Virginia's house. The kids enjoyed playing football in the side yard, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with food so we were able to avoid a trip to the grocery store for the basics for the weekend!

Great Spot Near the Univeristy in Fayetteville

We booked this house last minute for my Daughters Bid Day at the UofA and it was perfect. Very clean and great location for access to the University and Fayetteville Square. Will definitely try to book it again for Razorback Football Games.

Delightful house

A great house to rent for a long weekend in a fun city. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout like goodies in the pantry and fridge. The patio areas were wonderful for grilling, eating, relaxing and playing games like washers. The owner Virginia provided great tips for things to do in the area.

Perfect for girld weekend!

This property was perfect for me and 6 of my girlfriends to have a reunion weekend! The property was exactly as described and Virginia went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met while we were there. Virginia also generously provided lots of extra goodies to make sure our stay was special. I would recommend this property to anyone and we all agreed we hope to be back one day!

Home style comforts

Such a cute, eclectic property with so much attention to having all the comforts of home. Kitchen, including the fridge, was stocked, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, etc. Virginia is an awesome owner to work with. We didn’t have time to enjoy the great outdoor space, but it was super inviting.

FANTASTIC

The host had complimentary snacks and drinks. We were allowed to stay a little later to hang with our college senior. The place is beautiful and stocked with every amenity. We couldn’t have had a more pleasant trip. Will stay here again if we’re lucky enough to have another Razorback in the family.

Fun Stay at CH

CH is a small, clean, & very well done property. The communication, recommendations and hospitality of the owners was great! The area of town was convenient in terms of location, but a little more industrial than I had anticipated. The size of the CH, although perfectly adequate and enjoyable for our family, was also a little smaller than I expected. Overall we had a good stay and the owners were wonderful!

We are not new to hosting we have a service industry backgrounds.Our guest feedback says we provide many more amenities than the rest .Because we’re not a corporate listing the price will always be lower than comparable houses in our convenient location .

Why they chose this property

Green space, convenient location with very few neighbors and plenty of green space right off the Greenway Trail!The G.T.H. is in a unique throw back neighborhood with vegetable gardens, trees and room for zoomies !

What makes this property unique

Close to I49 ride or walk the Greenway to downtown .The GTH property has lots of outdoor space.Urban local but with a country vibe .We are close to Scull Creek & U of A Agricultural area so more green space & beautiful trees!
