At home, enjoy luxury amenities for the whole family! Our home's exterior includes our furnished patio with a sectional, TV, fire pit and heater, string lights, and baggo. Inside, take advantage of a fully stocked kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, our open concept living room and of course our Razorback memorabilia.



Welcome to The Collegiate! Upon entering our home, you'll immediately be greeted by our bright, open concept living, kitchen and dining area. To the right, you'll see our living room, which has a cozy gray couch, two overstuffed lounge chairs, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with cable, gas fireplace and tons of Hog-centric flair. Next to the TV, you'll also find Pictionary and Checkers. This space is our favorite place to watch the big game, dive into a good book or have a game night with friends.



Directly to the left of the living room, you'll enter our kitchen. Our granite island and three barstools sit in the center of this space. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. In the alcove to the left of the kitchen, you'll see our stunning 6-top dining table.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds.

On the ground floor:

(1) Our first Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, huge closet, dresser, 55-inch TCL Smart TV with cable and en suite bath.

Upstairs:

(2) Our second Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, desk area, 55-inch TCL Smart TV with cable and en suite bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, 55-inch TCL Smart TV with cable and nearby bath.

(4) Finally, our fourth bedroom has two built-in bunkbeds with Queen beds on the bottom and Twin beds on top, closet, dresser, 55-inch TCL Smart TV with cable and nearby bath. 



Head through the back door to enjoy our outdoor living space! Here you'll find a large outdoor sectional, gas fire pit, BBQ grill, sink, heater, string lights and baggo. From here, you'll also have access to our fenced-in backyard area.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Guests may park in the 3-car garage or in the driveway. Please ensure that vehicles are parked fully within the driveway and do not block sidewalk access. Daytime “come-and-go” parking for events is also permitted, provided guests do not park in fire lanes.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
