Great for Jazz Fest, French Qtr Fest, Mardi Gras & Voodoo! Come stay in the Heart of Mid-City and get to know our culture with an extended stay of 30 days or more. In the Bayou Road/Bell Triangle of Historic 7th Ward, we mixed old & new in this space with the original doors, wood floors, with a full kitchen. It's downstairs 1 bedroom, an extra room or office, 1 bath apartment. High ceilings, no carpet, central AC & granite countertops. Owner is Licensed Real Estate Agent. This is not a short term rental, we require a minimum of 30 day stay.

Location, location, location

The location in Mid-City/Treme was ideal for attending Jazz Fest (and the French Quarter Festival). Plus the neighborhood dinning options are quite good. It is even good for zooming downtown to catch night shows at the Saenger, Civic, Joy, Toulouse, Frenchman Street, etc. Additionally, the host was outstanding in responding to every question.
