Coolest neighborhood in New Orleans! Fully private cozy charming cottage self contained with a private bathroom and a walk in shower.

Centrally located near the Super-Dome, Convention. Center and just a 15 minute walk to French Quarter! Nest high-speed wifi and free street parking! Host lives one he property which has two additional units. Outside seating with tropical plants and outside lighting. Dehumidifier too!
The space
Intimate and private, the studio cottage is a separate unit at the back of the main house off the street with distressed wood floors, fridge and microwave. A minute walk to the CBD and 15 minutes to the French Quarter! The neighborhood is a quiet sanctuary from the party atmosphere of Frenchmen Street and the Quarter, with the Superdome and CBD in the background. Walk over a few blocks to St. Charles and you can ride the streetcar down to Canal or up to the Garden District, here is one of many reviews!

"The location was perfect. The bbq place across the street is awesome for easy meals and there was a market close by so we could purchase waters when we arrived. It was really quiet as well, and very nice to come home to a comfortable spot at the end of the day. We grabbed Uber's easily for anywhere we wanted to go, I would HIGHLY recommend Andy's place for anyone coming to New Orleans in the future, and would stay here again myself if I'm lucky enough to return!"

Guest have access to the entire cottage, the private bathroom is inside the cottage. It is a totally self-contained, newly renovated unit!
Other things to note
We are just a block and a half from the CBD. I live in the complex, along with my permanent tenants and two airnb units, behind a closed in fence, we are very secure and relaxed!

Incredible space. Really clean. Very close to everything you want to do. Pretty safe area, with great amenities inside, plus some pretty cute cats that frequent the alleyway. Would recommend and stay again

The location is a great base station for Saints games restaurants French Quarter Garden District Riverfront everything. We felt very safe and secure with a locking gate and distance between us and the street it was quiet and peaceful. The only issue we had was not being able to use the television because you needed to have a Google account to do it

Nice, compact space well situated in town

Great cottage l, far enough off the street not to get mich noise. Nice quiet spot to recharge after long days in the quarter or at the conference center. Easy check in check out and owner was In contact, but respected privacy. Will look to see if available again next time I am in NO.

Was very disappointed with this stay. This property was not romantic. It felt more like the sorry guest room you put all your random bits and bobs. The bathroom was gross. The shower and shower curtain were covered in mold and grime. It didn’t feel clean or like I wanted to shower there. The property was at the back of two buildings and the alley between them was extremely narrow with a lot of plant and pet clutter. The area didn’t feel super safe. I wouldn’t walk anywhere nearby after dark, not that there was much around besides the bbq place. The host was very communicative but when I followed up with questions, it seemed like the emails were automated because I didn’t get a reply.

Check in was seemless, host was very attentive! Location was close to what was going on that weekend for us! Comfort was simple, cozy, small vibes and the bed was a bit stiff but other that the space was cozy!
