Two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, with 1 ½ baths, full kitchen, laundry space and convenient location make this ideal headquarters for your Indianapolis stay. Two rollaway beds are available to place in the living room for additional guests as well. Why they chose this property
When I moved to Indianapolis, I was looking for a historic Victorian property that I could afford, restore and was downtown. I found this wonderful place that also had investment opportunities because I could divide the rear spaces into the long term townhomes. I restored the house myself, including the townhomes, even thought people thought I was crazy at the time. It's been a labor of love!
