Enjoy the charm and privacy of The Carriage House at the Birdhouse on Meridian, located in Stadium Village on the south edge of downtown Indianapolis. The carriage house is just two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, three blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, five blocks from the Indiana Convention Center and within walking distances of many of Indy's wonderful attractions and restaurants.
The carriage house is nestled behind the main house at The Birdhouse on Meridian. The carriage house sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a pullout couch on the 1st floor, two full baths on the 2nd floor, a full bath on the 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining for four, and a living room.
The carriage house also provides free use of the washing machine and dryer in the basement. Relax on the back or side porches with your family and friends and enjoy the putting green. Guests at the carriage house can also use the gas firepit, which is a shared space with other guests on the property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use the pullout couch, please open it up, remove the sheets and place them in one of the bathrooms. This helps our cleaning specialist determine if the pullout couch/bed has been used.
Ensure all coffee makers are turned off.
Leave all parking passes inside the rental space before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Guests must be respectful of other guests, hosts, owner, and neighbors. No candles, fires, or incense burning are permitted.
Guests must take good care of our premises and furnishings. Exterior doors MUST be locked when guests are not present on the property.
