Large familly house with garden and large terrace facing west

Family house about 140 m2 with a garden of 1400 m2, overlooking the salt marshes of Guérande and close (2 km), La Turballe (5 kms) and La Baule (7 km).
Completely renovated in 2015.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living-dining room and 1 kitchen.
Sleeps up to 10 people.
2 bedrooms consist of a large bed 140.
A children's room with a bunk bed.
A room with a sofa bed.
The living room has a pull out bed

The house is available as well as the walled garden of 1400 m2 with a trampoline.
You can enjoy the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Cleaning:
Clean up is the responsibility of the renter from the check in until the check out.
For 6 nights minimum, we provide bed linens and towels. We also charge 30€ for cleaning fees for the cleaning of the bed linens, towels.

Grande maison très bien située

Grande maison très bien située avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Bon contact avec le priopriétaire. Quelques points à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait : - le jardin mériterait un entretien plus régulier - la porte d'une salle de bain est très difficile à ouvrir - ajouter un verrou aux toilettes de l'étage - améliorer l'éclairage de la salle à manger - certains draps et serviettes de toilette fournis étaient très usés et mériteraient d'être remplacés.

Petit séjour en Loire Atlantique

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette grande maison très bien équipée, il ne manquait rien. La seule chose à prévoir par le propriétaire c'est de faire faire un bon nettoyage de cette maison notamment les vitres. Sinon l'endroit est idéal, pas de bruit et à proximité de villes et des plages magnifiques. Nous étions 7 donc 4 grands ados qui se sont bien plu.

Location maison Guérande

Belle maison, mais qui mériterait : - Que l'extérieur soit mieux entretenu - Nettoyage. Il y a plein de toiles d'araignées - Un peu de rénovation au RDC. L'étage est OK - Que les affaires du propriétaire soient complètement enlevées lors de la location aux vacanciers. On trouve par exemple un meuble rempli de chaussures du propriétaire - De supprimer la décoration envahissante laissée par le propriétaire

Belle maison à l'écart de la foule

Belle maison avec un jardin privé où l'on peut s'asseoir à l'extérieur en toute intimité. Des chambres spacieuses et un grand coin salon pour rentrer à la maison après une longue journée de vacances. Et surtout, un contact clair et très structuré avec le propriétaire. Hautement recommandé pour les séjours en famille !

belle maison , tout le confort

Après une première journée un peu difficile (incendie à proximité et pas de courant pendant 24h), tout s'est bien passé. Il faudrait malgré tout, vérifier les portes qui sont parfois difficiles à ouvrir à cause du bois qui a gonflé. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur écoute. Je recommande cette maison à une famille.

Maison confortable proche des plages

Maison proche des plages de La Turballe, Batz et La Baule, idéale pour faire du tourisme dans la région (marais salants, St Nazaire, etc.). Présence de jeux pour les enfants.

Séjour très agréable !

Eine Reise wert

Das Haus und seine Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Gegend sehr genossen.

Idéal pour décompresser surtout après un confinement

De l'espace à l intérieur comme à l extérieur avec la grande terrasse et le grand jardin. Nos petits enfants ont bien apprécié ces espaces et les jeux à disposition Bonne situation géographique

Belle location

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Location agréable très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut en linge de maison et draps. Proche des sites à visiter, des marais salants et de la mer. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu le grand soleil pour profiter plus de la terrasse.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. L'accueil par les propriétaires a été très chaleureux. La maison est spacieuse, bien entretenue, le jardin agréable et le trampoline très apprécié par les enfants. Par contre l'utilisation de la voiture est nécessaire pour les courses. La soirée musicale à Guérande le jeudi soir est très agréable. Le restaurant sur la droite de l'église (en face de la crêperie) a un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir ou à visiter dans la région. Nous recommanderions, sans aucun doute, cette location.
