About this property

Massive, modern, & clean beach condo.

Come and enjoy a relaxing and pristine stretch of beach. Our condo, "Casa de Playa," @ 612 Gulf Blvd. is spacious, modern, and clean. It offers over 2200 square feet of living space, in a building with only 14 units. Our condo is very relaxing and comfortable. The master bedroom features a king bed and large master bath with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third/middle bedroom has two twin beds. There's a large balcony and a separate laundry/pantry with large capacity washer and dryer. The condo building is right on the beach. Our unit does not directly face the Gulf. Our view is nice however -- a canal and residential area across the street. There is a partial view of the Gulf from side living room and bedroom windows and balcony sides. Numerous restaurants, shops, parks and more are within easy walking distance. Following hurricanes Helene and Milton, our property exterior has been completely renovated. New pool deck, outside amenities, and landscaping was redone in early 2025.

Other nearby beach amenities (only minutes away) include Johns Pass Village with unique shops, dining, parasail and wave runner rentals, deep sea fishing, pirate ship cruise, Dolphin spotting cruise. There is a unique Trolley that will take you anywhere between all the beaches that line Gulf Blvd. There are also many fine restaurants and bars with live music and karaoke along the beach.

Tampa is only 35 miles away with such amenities as: Busch Gardens Theme Park, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoological Park, Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ford Ampitheater, Channelside & Ybor City - known for their unique shops and restaurants, IMAX Theatres, dance clubs, and piano bars.

Disney World and Universal Studios Theme Parks are only two hours away on Interstate 4.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

The beach front condo was in a fantastic location in Indian Rocks beach right next to the gulf. The condo was as described by the owner as spacious, clean and well-appointed. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and made our stay very comfortable. We had an amazing vacation staying so close to the beach and pool.

Great property! Large condo in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, beach, and of course ice cream. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely stay again!!

We have stayed up and down Gulf Blvd for over 35 years, and this was the best condo by far. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed for a fantastic week. The pool was spotless and the beach is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying on the beach and this condo was everything we could ask for. Noah is awesome and is really good at answering questions you have. The cleaning staff is beyond friendly. The condo itself is right on the beach. It’s extremely easy to get to and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants we visited. The pool was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren!

We were four adults and two small children (ages 3 & 7) and Noah's place was perfect! The beach wasn't crowded and the kids loved the pool. Noah's unit was immaculate and well furnished for cooking; the washer and dryer are a real plus when traveling with kids. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Door lock works well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Noah.

Awesome

The condo was very large and roomy. The outside patio was huge except it could’ve used more chairs. The living room was very large. We really enjoyed the two couches and the very large chair that swivels. All that room made it very enjoyable in the evenings, when we were all together and relaxing. The building is only four floors high so the elevator was never a problem it was very rarely ever used. The only complaint that I have is that the maintenance people are very very rude. If you don’t have to talk to them it’s a plus. We would definitely rent again.

Awesome place

This condo was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was pretty much provided, which I did not expect. My family was extremely impressed and the kids had a blast. Especially the bunk beds!!I highly recommend for rental. I most definitely will be staying here again.

We had a great family vacation. The condo was very spacious and beautiful. It was right on the beach and had a great pool and deck with a grill. The balcony didn’t face the beach but we loved the condo. Noah was great to work with.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation thanks to Noah. We had a small issue and he came and took care of it.. we love the area of Indian Rocks Beach.. everything is within walking distance. We plan on going back next year.. The condo was everything we expected and more.

Great Family Vacation

We love the size of our place. The rooms are large and relaxing. The pool is close to the beach, which is never crowded. This section of Indian Rocks Beach is a close walk to things we like, and not touristy.
