Top Floor, Beach Front, Ocean View, with Beautiful Sunsets!

Do you need to get away, regroup, and reconnect with family and friends? Sunset Paradise is exactly the place for you. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath elevator access penthouse not only has beautiful panoramic views but it is quiet (no footsteps overhead) - you only hear the waves.

You can watch dolphins, paddle boarders, and sailboats as you have breakfast on the balcony. Fill your day with swimming, shelling, or just relaxing in the sun. You will always have a front row seat to a magnificent sunset in your own backyard! End your day with an evening swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub.

The condo has a master suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third. Altogether the condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably or 8 total with children. A washer and dryer are also there for your convenience.

The full size remodeled kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you might need including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and air fryer. The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools at the counter.

Sunset Paradise is a 17 unit complex with 6 beachfront condo’s. A full size BBQ grill with 2 tables are located on the lanai by the pool for your grilling and outdoor dining pleasure.

We loved your sweet note. The house was so much better than the pictures. The view was just amazing. We took daily walks on the beach. My hubby found beautiful shells and 5 sand dollars. One morning we saw dolphins swimming by our house that was amazing. The sand was so soft and white. It was a lovely holiday. Thank you so much for sharing your hone with us.

Perfect for our family! Super clean and comfortable condo! The location is great! Amazing view from the balcony! Evelyn was a very responsive and helpful host. The unit had everything that we needed as a family of five. Pool and hot tub were great but the hot tub had an issue with the heat due to the recent storm. Quick walk to Guppy's restaurant and Keegan's restaurant! We were sure to use the blender provided often to make our own frosty beverages! We loved our stay at Sunset Paradise and hope to be back again!

A cosy respite despite the weather

Unusually cold weather for the duration of the stay limited time outdoors, but the location provided exceptional beach access. Pool & spa were heated and often used despite the weather. Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone.

Spring break

We have vacationed in this area of Florida every spring break since 2006 and this was one of the best places we've stayed. The place was clean, well stocked & perfectly located. I would highly recommend!

We have stayed a week at Sunset Paradise every summer for 5 years and loved it! We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to own one now and want to share the beauty of the area with you.

There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, paddle board rentals and grocery stores within a short walk or drive. The airport is also only 30 minutes away.
