Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The lists for places to eat were very helpful. The house was perfect for our family and very comfortable. The location was great and close to all amenities. We loved our stay and will certainly stay here again.

This was a wonderful & quiet retreat in a beautiful mountain setting. The property was clean & well furnished. It was close to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc. It was also a central location for hiking. The hosts responded quickly to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of Sierra Blanca. The home was cozy, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were easy to reach and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.Our favorite part was enjoying coffee on the deck each morning while taking in the mountain views. A couple things to note: parking is limited to 3 vehicles, the downstairs bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom, and the main shared bathroom is upstairs.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return!

Perfect mountain retreat

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts checked in to make sure everything was ok, and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The views were absolutely AMAZING. We felt like we were in a huge treehouse, looking over the treetops. We enjoyed watching an elk rest beneath the deck with a few mule deer. We would definitely return to this beautiful, private property.

Our family just spent a wonderful three days at this beautiful unit. The large windows provided breathtaking views of the Sierra Blanca Peak. The wraparound porch provided wonderful space for us to enjoy our meals in the evening and playing games in the early afternoon. The unit itself was sparkling clean the kitchen was well stocked the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with you and look forward to joining you again in the near future.

Solitude with a View

Great location on top of the hill, which allows for great views. Very short drive to shopping and other attractions of Ruidoso. Really not much to add to what is already posted, i.e. great communication, homey, comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen essentials, etc. Would definitely stay here again on any future trip to the area.
