This lovely, tastefully decorated 3 BR home is 4/10 mile from the soft sands of spectacular Good Harbor Beach. Whether taking a morning walk or packing a cooler and chair, you're a short walk away. All 3 cozy bedrooms are on the 2nd floor as is the full size bath. A 1/2 bath with washer/dryer is on the first floor off of the open kitchen. The large 16X22 deck and private backyard are perfect for after beach barbeque's. That is, after you've rinsed off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Downtown Gloucester, Rt 128 and Rockports Bearskin neck are minutes away.
The location and amenities make this a perfect home away from home for families with children of all ages. We would love to hear what brings you to Gloucester!

Please remove all food from refrigerator and freezer upon departure.
Our house is located in a residential neighborhood. Please adhere to the quiet hours from the time of 10:00pm- 8am

I grew up in Gloucester and still have family living there. If you need any recommendations for points of interest, restaurants, or activities I would be happy to offer my suggestions. This property has a lot of privacy in the back yard. The beach is only 1/2 mile away.
