A cozy, lovingly restored 1950's house. Walking distance to all that Rockport village and Bear Skin Neck has to offer.

The sunshine yellow Holbrook House is set on a quiet side street, and a short walk to Front Beach. Granite cobblestone provides parking spots for 2 cars.

The first bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second bedroom has queen bed. The natural light filled living room features a brick fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with cable and WiFi, window seat to get comfy and read a great book.

Full eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. One full bathroom on second floor and spacious laundry/mud room on first floor.

Stone patio and outdoor shower completed in 2015, making the backyard the perfect space to wash up post-beach days and enjoy al-fresco dining.

We really enjoyed this location as it was a short walk to Front Beach, the Millpond, Main St, Bearskin Neck. The space was nicely equipped so we could eat most meals comfortably at “home,” if not in the lovely, private backyard. Enjoyed how quiet it was, too.

Perfect vacation home!

This was a lovely house - clean, well- stocked with charming decor. Nice quite street but close to the beach, shopping and dining spots as well as the Commuter Rail station. Fran and Frank were great hosts. We had a couple of questions before we arrived which they answered quickly. And they were very helpful when we arrived. We loved our time at Holbrook House.

A lovely stay in Rockport, MA

This has been one of our favorite VRBO stays. The home was in a great location for downtown, Bearskin Neck, the beaches, and is very close to a beautiful park with pond, and playground, if you have young children. Fran and Frank were available and did communicate making us feel comfortable with their availability. The home was very clean and sweetly and comfortably decorated. We felt right at home!

Holbrook House is our little piece of paradise in Rockport. We have put much time and thought into restoring our charming cottage. Location, location, location! We fell in love with this property because of it's perfect location, you can truly walk to everything! The shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, artist galleries, beach, train, performance center, park with playground and pond, less than a mile from Holbrook House!
