Good location, nice property

Nice property, well located for shops, beach and eating out. It's at the far end of the promenade so about 1/2 hour walk to the fish market at the other end. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Property is clean and tidy, well equipped. Although it looks a bit cluttered in the pictures it isn't at all, and it has everything you need. I would recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfert

Wie der Titel sagt, ist die Wohnung sehr schön, sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber, und ihre Lage ist wirklich ideal, weil sie unmittelbar in Strandnähe und an der Promenade von Quarteira liegt. Bettwäsche und auch Handtuchwechsel funktionierte tadellos. Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage dort verbracht. Danke dafür.

Spacious, family friendly apartment with everything we needed

We had a wonderful holiday in early November with our 16 month old twins. The apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Sandra was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. She picked us up from the airport and arranged 2 highchairs and travel cots for our stay. The balcony is spacious and the main and toddler pools are just beyond (pretty chilly during our stay!) The location of the apartment is excellent, only a few minutes back from the promenade/beach and with everything very close by, including the supermarket only a couple of minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay again when we return to Quarteira.

From start to finish a wonderful holiday location. Sandra is so helpful and the apartment is the best we have stayed in in ten years coming to the algarve. Can’t recommend highly enough and will be back. It’s easy to see why this apartment is so popular and why people keep going back.

Brilliant!

We had a great time in Sandra's apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed. It was great to be on the ground floor, and have a huge enclosed patio. We would really recommend it for anyone travelling with a child, it was perfect for us and our eighteen-month old. Having a travel cot, high chair, loads of toys for the pool and beach, fantastic black-out shutters on the windows, and a small toddler pool. The apartment is in a great spot, really close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, playground. And Sandra was incredibly friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic from start to finish!

Sandra was amazing. We opted for her to pick us up at the airport and we're greeted with friendly and smiley Sandra. The apartment was clean spacious and a delight. There were four adults and a five year old and we fitted in comfortably. The apartment was well equipped with all of the necessities which was a life saver for us. The pool was just a lovely and the kiddie pool was a great addition too. The beach was a five minute walk away and restaurants too. We will definitely be returning! What a gem of an apartment topped off with a super friendly and helpful owner.

Home comforts abroad!

Lovely homely apartment, nicely decorated and equipped. Beach towels supplied which was a nice touch. Being picked up at the airport by Sandra the owner and given a personal tour of the apt and location of nearest shop/restaurant was fantastic. Sandra was a lovely warm person and very easy to deal with. The pool area was so clean and well kept, we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time which was great. We were a couple traveling with a 2 and a 4 year old and the outside patio area was ideal as was on the ground floor with a locked gate. The electric window shutters were brilliant as they made you feel secure and made the rooms dark for the kids. Apt is in a quite area but walking distance 15 mins to the centre of the promenade. Playground and beach 3-4 min walk. Great spot to stay with small kids.

Algarve's best appartment

Thank you very much for this time as were our 5 in this apartment at easter. Very high standard of the apartment and not least the hostess. As a wheelchair user, the apartment works very well for me, and I can recommend it to those who use regular, manual wheelchair or small electric. The 4-kilometer seafront promenade from Quarteira to Vilamoura is perfect for wheelchairs, and many of the shops, restaurants and bars have good wheelchair access. I will My warmest recommendation to this apartment. And better host than Sandra is impossible to find.

Fantastic apartment!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The apartment has everything that you and being on the ground floor made it easy to get to the great pool area. The location is also great. There is an extensive supermarket about 2 mins away and the beach is at the end of the road. We found an amazing restaurant (marcoense) just a 2 minute walk away and the food was amazing. Sandra pick us up from the airport and she was great and absolutely lovely. She gave us some recommendations for where to stay. We had our 6 month old baby with us and so she supplied a car seat for the journey to and from the airport, a cot and a high chair. We will be going back at some point and would highly recommend!

Apartamento novo, moderno, bem decorado e apetrechado, inserido num condomínio sossegado e seguro, com uma maravilhosa piscina e a dois passos da praia e do calçadão de Quarteira. Pelo segundo ano consecutivo, voltámos a este esplêndido apartamento no Parque Atlântico em Quarteira. Mais uma vez, a estadia correu bastante bem. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, decorado e o terraço é, sem dúvida, uma mais valia. As espreguiçadeiras são ideais para relaxar. Está também muito bem localizado, já que se encontra perto da praia, supermercados, cafés, restaurantes, padaria,... É ideal para quem tem crianças e bebés, nomeadamente gémeos. O espaço exterior, que contempla as piscinas, court de tennis, relvado e jardim, é muito aprazível e está bem cuidado. Os proprietários são muito afáveis, atenciosos e prestativos. Esperamos voltar. Fabulous experience in lovely apartment

This was our second year in this great apartment. Sandra was absolutely brilliant so helpful in every way. We are a family of 5 with kids from 10 to 6yrs having so many things to entertain them was great. From pool toys to beach toys dvds games Sandra thought of everything. The close proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. There is a supermarket a 2min walk away with everything you could need and more. Quarteria itself is so laid back and friendly the promenade which is paved takes you into Villamora which is lovely to visit with all its yachts. Can't praise the facilities the cleanliness of both apartment and pool enough. As for Sandra well she's just awesome... booked again for next year.

Very pleased

The property is relatively new and very well maintained. It is in a well secured and well maintained complex. There are many amenities, including underground parking, elevator service, swimming pool and lots of green space. Nice tennis courts, and minutes from the beach and Boardwalk. Also, very close to a grocery store and restaurants ( walking distance) We were four adults sharing this apartment, and it was very comfortable. Well furnished, well appointed, and a good size. Sandra and Pedro are very nice people , who were extremely helpful, and made us very welcome. Thank you! I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone seeking a quite, relaxing visit to Quarteira. It is centrally located so one can visit the other towns and centres in the Algarve.

Lovely week in excellent apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in Sept 2015. The property (and building) was in great condition - clean and well maintained. It had wi-fi and satellite TV (5 HD sports channels - superb!). Being on the ground floor we had a lovely area of our own to eat and soak up the sun on the loungers. The pool was quiet and so handy for a dip to cool off. It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and bars and around the same to the supermarket - an ideal location. Sandra was very helpful throughout the entire booking and stay and even left us a few bottles of Super Bock in the fridge. She was very quick to respond to any emails and was on hand for anything if we needed her. I would highly recommend the apartment for couples or families looking for a great holiday in Portugal. We will definitely be back. Michael

We have holidayed in Quarteria for over 14 years and have watch these being built and always wanted to stay in them. The finish is top quality, and furnished with home comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc). The patio is spacious, and a quick jump over the wall into the immaculately kept, landscaped garden/pool area. The whole complex is secure (as far as it can be if people shut the electronic doors). In the summer there is a 'security guard' to keep out the non-residents (there are wrist bands for your first few days until the guard gets to know you) Short walk down to the beach & promenade. Overall a great apartment and very relaxing. Just please don't book it when we want it :-)
