Luxury two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment with fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning to the lounge and bedrooms. There is a very large roof terrace offering spectacular views to the sea.
There are 3 pools within the complex with a bar and cafe alongside the centre one which also offers free communal WiFi.

On the Villa Sol resort there are a number of facilities including a Pub which does food, a fine restaurant, cafe, and tapas bar. The Vila Sol Golf Club House is approx. a kilometre away located next to the 5 star hotel.

Ideal Family Getaway in a Beautiful Apartment

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at this apartment. The place was lovely—clean, modern, and well-furnished. The complex itself was fantastic, offering great amenities that made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities, making it ideal for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend.

Roof top apartment

Firstly before reading this review I want to state that We were very very happy with the apartment and would definitely stay again… However we encountered difficulties with the lift being off for 6 days out of 7 this was due to water in the lift from the external painting that was being done. This is not a reflection on the the owners or that of VRBO as apartment is lovely and to a high standard but when you have someone disabled in the party and you are on the 4th floor maybe people might want to consider if unfortunate circumstances happen and lift can’t be fixed ..The person in our party has minimum use of his leg and is cancer sufferer and therefore found stairs difficult to contend with therefore he had to stay in a couple of days as he couldn’t manage the stairs ! We have stayed in villa sol multiple times and never encountered lift being broken so this comment is to highlight how important maintenance is especially if there’s no other access .. Not great having to get all our suitcases down the stairs either when we left but once again communication with Agency was good but it was such a shame this happened putting a dampener on our holiday as he could come out on some days !

Disappointing stay at an apartment not to the quality and standards of a luxury penthouse apartment

We stayed at this apartment in September 2020 and were very disappointed with the overall appearance and condition. We DID raise concern when the agent showed us round. the large amount of bird poo was on both the balconies and stairs. We were told the apartment had been cleaned at 8am that morning and the poo was something unavoidable! In our opinion it had been there for several months perhaps pre covid. We have stayed at Villa Sol several times before in different apartments and never had any problem with bird poo like this before. We came to relax and enjoy the sun. It soon became apparent to us that the general condition of the sofa and chairs were very badly stained. (we did not sit on them we used the small chairs from the bedroom to sit on in the lounge area) also the cushions for the outside chairs were in very poor condition again we felt they were too stained to sit on. After 2 weeks of our stay we decided to draw these problems to the attention of the management, where upon they dealt with cleaning the sofa chairs and cushions along with deep cleaning the bird poo which in itself indicates there was a hygiene and standards problem. The general overall standard of this property was very poor. The pictures on the web site do show the outside furniture which must have been photographed many years ago and not the poor state of repairs that they were in. The plastic dining table on the balcony was so warped we were unable to balance a glass of wine on it. Our point is this should have been put right before we arrived and the management of this property was failing. It was not a luxury apartment or a penthouse apartment as advertised. Having rented apartments and villas for the past 35 years this apartment fell short of the standard required to be advertised by home away. We didn't report the problems initially as we went on holiday to relax and unwind from our busy jobs and did not want disturbing endless times whilst things were being made right.
