This cozy upstairs corner unit is an upgraded 1BR McCloud Condominium very near the lake. Quiet and sunny with no neighbors above. Our condo, a blend of modern convenience and rustic charm, is decorated with antique recreation gear.


All updated appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer). Updated kitchen granite countertops. Decorated with antique recreation gear, updated California king bed in the master bedroom, a leather queen sofa bed (with updated mattress), vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, river rock gas fireplace, and a private deck. Bathroom renovation includes heated flooring. You can walk to the casino, first class dining, and recreation center. There is high-speed wireless, a 55' 4K HDR TV in the living room, and a 32” HDTV in the bedroom. Guests will sign into their streaming accounts to view their favorite programs. This property does not have cable TV service. There's an enclosed garage to store your car, skis, bikes, etc. with additional guest parking very nearby.

Incline Village, Nevada is a small enclave on Lake Tahoe’s northeastern shore offering the beauty of the Sierra Nevada mountain range with year-round recreation, fine dining, and a multitude of activities. Incline Village also has two golf courses, the Mountain Course and Championship Course.


Incline Village Private Beaches:
2026 Access to Incline Village private beaches (Ski, Incline, and Burnt Cedar) is tentatively available and restricted. Prices will be communicated separately.


The facilities (snack bars, outdoor pool, including life guards) at the Incline Village (IVGID) private beaches are closed October thru mid-April. Access to the beach is available during the off-season (no passes or fees are collected).


Take a picturesque stroll along the Lakeshore bike and pedestrian path just a few steps away. Or, just minutes away, you can head off into the mountains for miles of hiking, horseback, and biking trails. Bring your own bikes.


The Recreation Center is also within walking distance with an indoor Olympic-sized pool and many facilities (daily and weekly rates).


WINTER ACTIVITIES
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from the friendly Diamond Peak resort. Skiers of all levels and abilities will love the small mountain feel and its incredible afternoon/evening views of Lake Tahoe. The ski resorts at Mt. Rose, Northstar, Palisades (AKA Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows), Sugar Bowl, and Heavenly Ski are all within short driving or shuttle distances.

Winter guests must be prepared for winter driving conditions (e.g. chain controls, road closures, longer driving times, etc.). Please ensure you and your vehicles are appropriately prepared and equipped with chains, AWD, or 4WD.

SEASONAL AMENITIES
Summer - grill, patio furniture, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Summer amenities are in storage during the autumn, winter, and spring months.
Winter - boot dryer.

SECURITY
1) A video surveillance camera (operated by HOA) monitors exterior areas (jacuzzi/spa/decks).
2) An exterior security camera (video only, no sound) captures the entries (main & French doors); it will not capture the grill & balcony. Videos will be purged after 7 days.


NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. Visiting pets, including emotional support or therapy animals, are prohibited. HOA prohibits visitors from having animals in the units or on McCloud property.


RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIREMENT - Guests must accept our rental agreement within 24 hours of confirmation.

If the spa, jacuzzi/sauna adjacent to the unit is unavailable due to HOA maintenance, guests may use any of the 7 other shared community spas, jacuzzis/saunas (a few minutes walking distance from our unit).

Maximum Occupancy is 2 (this includes use of the rental that causes it to be occupied by more than 2 people at any time)
