This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be just outside of Breck or Frisco. We went up for the fall colors and a relaxing weekend as a couple and it checked every box. We plan to return, and will check this home first before booking any other listing in the mountains.Thank you for a perfect stay!

Family Gather & Grandkids First Ski

Great house for Family Ski Country experience. Very comfortable and well equipped for all ages. Garage space good for rental cars and allowed for easy driving in all weather. Centered location to walking trails, shuttle services, and both Breck and Frisco.

Liked the property and hot tub. I was required to answer the question about communication with the property manager. I didn’t talk with the property manager and could not put N/A. My communication was not terrible since we didn’t talk.

All 3 couples enjoyed the comforts provided at Alpine edge. A great place to relax after a day of skiing. The cooks were especially surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. The check in/check out process was extremely easy. We can highly recommend this to others.

Summer Family Reunion

The home provided a comfortable and spacious base for a family reunion in Breckenridge. Everything was well stocked - from kitchen supplies, to soaps, towels and extra bedding. Compared to other vacation rentals I’ve stayed in, this home was more comfortable and welcoming, so I felt more at home and relaxed. Hot tub was a big bonus and felt great after a day of hiking!

Wonderful Vacation Rental in Breck

This property was fantastic in every way. It was extremely clean upon our arrival and clearly well cared for. The rooms were all well appointed for a vacation rental, particularly the kitchen which had everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home

The owners of this property have done an outstanding job of literally opening their home to guests. From the moment we walked in the door we felt as though we were home. The property was extremely clean and virtually every detail was attended right down to every condiment, coffee, paper goods and cleaning supplies you could need being in place. Yes, the skiing was outstanding, as was the shuttle service. The icing on the cake was being able to enjoy this property.
