Newly renovated and beautifully positioned among the palms, this home offers an ideal island retreat near the heart of Anna Maria. Enjoy an open, breezy floor plan, a shaded deck where you can dine and play cards. Best of all, this dog-friendly home sits within easy walking distance of Pine Street and the white sand beach!

This home is ideally located only one block off Pine Street, where you'll find an assortment of local boutiques, casual eateries, and fine island dining. Various beaches are also well within your reach, including the white sand shores of the Gulf of Mexico (three blocks away) and the famous Bean Point (one mile northwest). Take a fishing trip to Rod and Reel Pier while enjoying views of the bay, and find plenty of live music and island events on Bridge Street nearby.

Things To Know:
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Great place for a summer girls trip!

I loved how bright and sunny it was. I loved the view of the sunsets from the balcony. Plenty of spacious rooms for all the girls to sleep and hangout. I also loved the private pool.

Family vacation

The house was in a really nice position with an easy walk to the beach and bay as well as the restaurants and shops nearby. We had lots of room, the bedrooms were a good size and the living room and kitchen were great, the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you would need and more. The pool was small but was very nice to have to swim in on the evenings or mornings when you didn't want a full beach day.

Short stay, great location

We stayed a few nights at Spring oasis and it was great for us. it had everything we needed. Beds were good, extra blankets in closets! I was nervous based on some other reviews but other than some dated decor it was good. The floors are super dark so it showed every little speck of dirt (only after us being there) House was extremely clean when we checked in. Only complaint was there was no light in laundry room. Great location too!

perfect location!

good house, perfect to beach, shop and eat in north AMI by short walks. Needs some deep cleaning-fans, vents, deck, etc. No cushions for outside chairs, but plenty of towels to use as cushions.

Anniversary stay

Loved the location and the home. Could do with some cushions on the porch furniture and couldn't get in the house initially with the door code. And 4 days in front door wouldn't open, even from inside, lol. Maintenance came out the next day and replaced the door knob. House was close to everything and loved the pool.

It’s relaxing a sweet island home

The beach, shops, eatery, and pier are all near by. The nicest part is having 6 beach doors that slide totally open. Beautiful breeze . 1/2 vaulted ceilings in the living room. Typical appliances and sleeping areas all relaxing themed. Drawback: water heater leaked intermittent wifi (in fairness to owner the whole island has probs with wifi) heated pool was not warm but is refreshing with being a saltwater pool. All and all a wonderful vacation

Run down, no maintenance, things damaged

Place is getting run down and showing rot and general neglect. Different things were broken and damaged and fear getting charged for owners failure to upkeep the place.

Amazing Location, Great House - Would Stay Again

This is a great spot - the location couldn’t be better. Travelled with a toddler and the layout of the house, deck and pool was so perfect and safe. The house looks bigger than in pictures, but the pool a bit smaller (however, still lovely, clean and warm). The place has a BBQ, which wasn’t listed and a great perk. Giving 4 stars because the furniture is in dire need of a refresh. Many broken chairs inside and outside. Half of the main deck was occupied with an unusable furniture set that had no cushions and broken springs. It was frustrating having so many unusable and unsafe item around, but still loved the spot and would stay again despite it.

Great location!!

The home is in a perfect location in the middle of shops and a few blocks from the beach and piers. Bathrooms were clean and definitely spacious rooms, and nice laundry area. However, the home needs some TLC as things are falling apart. Door handles broken, rusted fans, outdoor furniture is old, missing cushions and not useable on any of the porches. Beds are not comfortable and some areas like the ceiling in kitchen and furniture were very dusty. Game room is almost unusable and the beach items provided are all rusted and falling apart. It’s time to put some attention to this home so it’s more enjoyable for future guests.

Anna Maria Island

The house was in a great location and very cute. The furniture and beds were uncomfortable, I am assuming due to the wear and tear. We had difficulty with the keyless entry and it took longer than expected to get a resolution which ended up being to give us the code to the lockbox at the house to obtain keys. There was furniture on the porch, however no cushions therefore the furniture could not be used. The beach chairs were old, torn and rusty. One was actually broken. If the property owners would make updates, we would definitely be back.

Rental company issues

Check-in - different information is supplied in email vs text in how to get into the house. The keypad is not needed, you have to use the lockbox to access the door key Pros- this house has been renovated, many of the older reviews are inaccurate. The furniture and design is very nice. 5 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The beach is gorgeous and not over populated during the week. Cons - there are NO beach accessories, we left behind chairs and beach toys. No Tupperware or any type of seasonings otherwise the kitchen had plenty of cookware, Keurig and coffee pot, air fryer. It's still under construction, no light in the laundry room, the stairs at night can be dangerous as there is not enough lighting, some of the bathroom tile by the toilet is damaged. The pool filter didn't run frequently enough so there was debris floating on top of the pool all the time. The pool net was destroyed and could not be used. You can sweep but there is no dustpan. Working with the rental company was a challenge. The bedroom with twins didn't have lights and fan, wouldn't turn on. Service tech did not make it out over our 4 days here

Great location, but updates needed

Good stuff...location was excellent, and the interior of the property was very clean. Opportunities for improvement... The deck should be sprayed down/cleaned prior to each guest arriving. It was filthy. It doesn't take much to spray it down with a hose. The deck is a great place to hang out. There is deck furniture that requires cushions in order to use it. Cushions should be provided, or the furniture should be removed. There is other furniture on the deck that can be used, but for the price that is charged I would expect this to be provided. The furniture at the pool is of very poor quality. The screen door needs to be replaced. The front door lock pad does NOT work. Despite many reviews provided, nothing appears to have been done about this. Thankfully I called during business hours, otherwise I'm not sure how we would have gotten into the house. I needed to use the key in the lock box. They should have simply provided this. The door itself is in poor condition. They only provide one kitchen towel and one washcloth. I called to request more and they were going to drop them off but never did. They should provide 4 of each as some people prefer to handwash dishes if there are only a few to clean. This is minor overall, but given the other issues, seems to be an easy thing to resolve. While I love the location, I will find a property where the reviews are not only responded to but actioned. In addition, given the price, I would expect property to be maintained.

Pros and cons

I find the pros and cons reviews the most helpful so I wanted to share what we thought was good and not so good. First of all, this was not the place we booked. Our place was not ready so they changed our booking and this was the only house available in Anna Maria with a pool (which was very important to us). Due to the weather being bad most of our visit, we spent the majority of the time in the house and left a day early. The Pros: The house itself inside was clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the balconies were large. It is a short walk down to the beach and the beach was beautiful. It is close to shops and restaurants. Cons: There are 2 big balconies, one off the family room and one off the bedrooms. The one off the bedroom had no furniture, not even a chair to sit on. The other had a comfy couch and a table and chairs. The fridge could be replaced, some of the shelves in the fridge you couldn't put anything with any weight on or they would fall. Most of the cons are outside. The pool had not been cleaned, there was a bandaid at the bottom of the pool and other debris. There was a skimmer pole but no skimmer net so we couldn't even clean it ourselves. There are 2 chairs only and multiple bottles/cans tossed in the bushes around the pool. It was saltier than the ocean water. We only used it for 5 minutes and got out. If you are pool people, this is not the house for you. The garage was broken, we couldn't use the opener to open it. We had to go into the door in the back to open it from the inside. You could tell it hadn't been used in a while. It looked like it used to be used for recreation, there was a pool table pushed to the side and random misc items. There were 2 garbage cans that were full to the top with garbage and had bugs all over them. We tried to take them out on garbage day but they got passed multiple times. I think it's because they don't have the correct cans so they aren't picking them up. I notified Vacasa of this when we left. we also tried to get the garage fixed on day one but they submitted the ticket to a person in Utah which wasn't very helpful. We didn't pursue after that cause I didn't want to deal with the garage my whole vacation. There was garbage around the vicinity of the house and a bait bucket that was full and made the outside of the house smell horrible. I would stay in Anna Maria again, but we would not stay in this house again.

Great location!

The house is perfectly located just off of the main drag, Pine Ave, and two blocks from the Beach and Sandbar, if you're headed West, and 3 to 4 blocks to the city pier and waterfront if you're headed east. About a 15 minute walk to Rod and Reel pier and anything else you might need. The house is great for our family that spends 90% at the beach, but the pool could've used a cleaning with a vacuum with all the sand that was there from previous renters and a torn up skimmer (which was quickly replaced with a new one) and the outdoor furniture on the porch could've had the cushions. One huge upgrade would be to screen in the awesome large front porch, to save you from the mosquitos once the sun starts to fall! All in all great stay with two minor issues that did not majorly impact the quality of our stay.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall the accommodations were great. Arrived in the RAIN, had been given the wrong code for the lockbox. Then, the lock on the front door, ALWAYS, was difficult to open. Had to call the management company several times, we were always called back promptly. Wrong code for WIFI. BEDS very comfortable, kitchen nicely appointed. Fan in living room would not work, little warm during the day. Did not know the beach house was three blocks from the beach until later after booking. Wasn't a terrible walk, but you would want to bring a beach wagon to deal with all the "stuff" you need at the beach, for the day. Would have been nice if they had a wagon for others to use. Beach chairs were "lame". Very low to the ground!!! Good cleaning team. Enjoyed our stay.

The house was great! We had a few minor issues…The key pad to get in did not work properly but someone helped us in, the bathroom sink in the master bedroom did not drain properly, 1 screen door was off the track, and no can opener. We wish there would have been beach chairs and an umbrella.

The house was so dark, not one exterior light on when we arrived and the lock code did not work. We called and were told the man was busy having dinner but would call us back. 30 minutes later he called while we stood in the dark waiting after a long travel day. Very disappointed at the lack of service. The house is filled with too much old broken junk and the furniture looks like it can from good will or the trash, chairs were broken and wobbly. You could not even use the balcony furniture because it was dirty broken and no cushions. The balcony floor was absolutely filthy. Floors inside were dirty and many things were dirty and sticky to the touch. We expected more for this price. This house desperately needs updating, heck just getting the junk and fake plants would be an improvement. The pool furniture was dirty cheap and mismatched. On the good side the beds were comfy and the location was great. I would only rent this again if nothing else was available. Shame on you for not taking care of your property and providing decent amenities for your clients.

Super Time at Spring Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at Spring Oasis. Shops, the pier, and the beach were just a couple blocks away. We rented chairs, a wagon, and other things we needed for the beach from the Lazy Turtle. Pool was great including chairs and chaise lounges on the deck. We were glad to see there was a brand new staircase after reading several reviews about possible issues there. Management team was helpful when needed. Great stay!

Great Location

We enjoyed our week here. It is walkable to everything you want to do on Anna Maria. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to. The pool is lovely - we all really enjoyed it. The house itself is exactly how it looks in the pictures. There aren't any beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach cart - it doesn't claim to have these items - but sometimes that can be confusing. You need to bring all the things. There are a ton of games in the garage which was fun for our kids. The kitchen has enough basic stuff to get your through, but you'll want to bring specific items if you know you'll need it. Remember to bring garbage bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing detergent - there is only enough of that stuff for a day or two. The furniture by the pool is dated. I wish there were lounge chairs as shown in the picture - they are not there. There is a table with chairs and umbrella, perfect for playing games by the pool. The stairs entering the house are rotted and we felt very uncomfortable on them. You can see the wood rotted and the nails poking up through the wood, a serious safety hazard. I would hope that the owners are dealing with this ASAP because it really was the only thing we were disappointed about. Otherwise, it's a great spot and we loved it.
