CB445: Simply the Best - Panoramic Oceanfront & Golf-front views

With many condo rentals available, should CB445 be your first choice (after all, most of the Condos at Cinnamon Beach are nice)?

To us, it's an easy answer: out of 275 total units in this gated community, only five Condos offer "unique" oceanfront views throughout the condo resort area (as these 5 corner units of this building are designed and positioned differently). For these five condo units (although all are not rentals), whether you are in the kitchen, dining area, living room or on the balcony, you get to live life like you are beach even when indoors because the beachfront and golf course surround the condo, and you get to constantly see it.

We believe the photos make it crystal clear: our 4th floor oceanfront corner unit has a "wall of windows" looking out upon the ocean breakers less than 100 feet away; and if you turn 90 degrees at the wall corner, there is another window, and huge sliding glass doors that highlight a panoramic "oceanscape." Hopefully you enjoy the "picture" painted, as your unobstructed views overlook the great expanse of the Atlantic and a semi-private beach, where you can look up the northern coast, down the southern coast, or just due east, and marvel at and feel the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. We are truly fortunate, as the building's unique positioning (and its extra windows) allow for remarkable, eye-catching views. As we stated above, other units are often very nice; we are just simply the best.

That's why we fell in love with Cinnamon Sunshine 445 at first sight. You too may enjoy firsthand the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean up close. On our balcony you are four stories above the ocean as you feel the vibrant sea breeze, get to savor the misty salt sea air, sense the sea's power, watch the vibrant sea life, and view the many ocean changes - from tranquil calm to raging waves.

Amenities:: With over 2000 square feet of space in the condo, plus plenty of space on the balcony, and with 10 foot high ceilings, this well thought out 3 bedroom 3 bathroom solidly built and completely tiled condo provides the spaciousness of a house. Features include a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, an ocean peak view twin beds bedroom with a semi-private bath, a queen bed bedroom with private bath, and a large master bedroom suite and bath, with its own ocean and golf course views where you can watch the moon glimmer across the ocean waters.

Waking up to a backyard of cinnamon sand and Atlantic Ocean sunshine is also pretty sweet.

Did we mention that the picturesque balcony lets you enjoy outside lounging and dining while taking-in the best marquee views.

Kitchen and Dining: Your ocean panorama continues while cooking in the condo's open kitchen. However, this large and elegant chef's kitchen is different than the other condos, as it also wraps you throughout in maple wood cabinetry, and provides double ovens and great cook top to whip up family meals. Topping it off is almost double the granite counter space of any other condo at Cinnamon Beach. And whether you are by the sink or at the cook top stove or the ovens, you again get to still see the Atlantic Ocean.

The open dining area comfortably seats 6, and the nearby bar counter fits a couple more. Unfortunately, only your family and the Atlantic Ocean get to check out your delicious meals.

TV entertainment: This stylishly tiled floor plan offers plenty of room and privacy for the family and any tag along guests. The living room and bedrooms each have flat screen TV's (with a Roku box) to watch cable channels, plus we provide streaming services such as Netflix and upgraded cable so you should be able to view all your favorite sports.

Activities:: Family-friendly and impeccably maintained, the Cinnamon Beach condo resort has activities for everyone in your party. A small kids' water park, complete with kiddie pool and playground equipment, keeps the kids entertained, and a heated Jacuzzi spa and fitness center always pleases adults. Everyone can also enjoy the game room in our clubhouse, offering everything from foosball and air hockey to billiards. Palm Coast is also home to countless golf courses, nature trails and parks, and endless waterways.

If you enjoy dolphin company, you can drive 10 minutes away to Marineland, and learn and actually play and swim with the dolphins.

You can also day trip to the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, which lies about half an hour to the north, and world-famous attractions in Orlando are just over an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center is about an 1&1/2 hours to the south (Ocala National Forest is about an hour away if you want to hug a tree and the bears at the same time).

As the owners we very much want to make our condo feel like it's your home during your stay, and let you say afterwards that you and your family enjoyed simply the best stay at the marquee stop of Cinnamon Beach. When we first started rentals one of our guests reviewed us, stating: "Bottom line…the description of the condo provided on the website created high expectations: However, our expectations were exceeded!" With one exception, we do believe all of our guests express similar thoughts.. Our description above is meant to create high expectations on us, and ones we expect will be met. Come enjoy the best of Cinnamon Beach for your family and yourself. Many of our guests are now repeat guests.

Golf course adjoining the property is private, and play requires membership.
The restaurant beside the lakeside pool is not always open year round.
Due to changing weather patterns, parts of the beach are now rocky at various times during the year, and you need be careful if swimming in those areas.
We require a 5 day minimum stay.
