A beautiful location!

Palm Coast vacation condo rental stay was more of a quiet, residential, and scenic area. A beautiful location, wonderfully decorated and the ocean view is truly stunning. The condo can benefit from some small, minor improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Would definitely stay again. Family friendly!

Beautiful balcony with an even more beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was spacious with plenty of towels. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful sunrises.

Grounds are well kept, pet friendly, serene setting. Beach had tons of seaweed and trash cans not emptied routinely which led to foul smell.

We had an oceanfront view and a large porch to sit and eat while enjoying the ocean view.. Plenty of areas for my Yorkie to potty with bags for disposal. Every area was well kept outside also.

We have stayed at cinnamon beach many times over the years, so we know what to expect about check-in and the properties. The good- the condo is in a great location, close to the beach boardwalk and to the pools. Great views from the balcony. It is well stocked and decorated nicely. The mattresses are comfortable. The bad- the owner or property manager did not send over info to get in to the condo and did not inform the gate guards that we were coming. So we spent at least 30 minutes at the gate trying to prove that we had a reservation. Very frustrating after a 7 hour drive. The condo was also not very clean. There were crumbs on the tables, hair clumps in the corners of the rooms and stuck under the doors, dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, the floors were very gritty/sandy so that we had to wipe our feet on a towel before getting into bed, and trash left behind. We really felt pretty grossed out most of the time bc we just didn’t feel that the place was adequately cleaned for our arrival. We love this complex and had high hopes for this unit, but probably won’t rent it again.
