Great rental with ocean views. Very spacious for our group of eight. Huge dining table, perfect for family meals and games. The beach front yard is perfect for sunrise dolphin watching and outdoor game nights while listening to the waves. Steps away front two beach accesses. We were able to walk to dinner and ice cream multiple times. Host was easily accessible and offered prompt replies to any questions. We had a great time and will happily stay for future trips.

There’s a “wow” factor upon entrance, particularly the upstairs master and sun room. Amazing view with dual direct beach access just across the street. All essential aspects provided with many extras and amenities. I would recommend if searching the area.

House was accurately listed and we finally got a kitchen table big enough for all to enjoy. Host was very responsive and followed up. Loved the front porch with swing. When someone got up, another sat down. Very relaxing beach breeze this week. Kiddie pool was provided and grandbaby loved. Would recommend. Good walking distance to restaurants and good week overall. Great location for walking and riding bikes,

Wonderful beach house with amazing sunrise views from the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked, furniture and bedding were comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a plus for our extended stay. We loved being able to bring our dog—the fenced yard made it easy. Great walkable beach, close to restaurants, and the hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely return!

Couldn’t be more perfect

It was so nice being all together in this beautiful home…couldn’t get my husband off the front porch…we had 3 babies under 2 and the front yard was perfect for them…we would love to come back

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication was excellent! The main living space was perfect for our large family. Walk to beach access is easy and short however, the steps are gone so it is a steep walk down and back up in the sand. A couple of things were disappointing. First, the fourth bedroom is not in the main house. It is in the detached garage. Our daughter and hubby were in that room and felt a bit of the separation from the rest of our family. The golf cart listed in main line of listing is an additional charge (you have to search to find that info) 125/day. We realized that after we arrived. We own one at home so we didn’t add on. NO hooks in bathroom to hang a wet swimsuit or towels. Laundry room was a huge plus for us. The front porch was our favorite area to hang out. The porch bed swing was amazing!We had an issue with something our first day but communication was prompt and the issue resolved before nightfall. Kitchen is well stocked!Overall the house served our family well and we were all very comfortable and happy.

We shared this house among 3 families and had plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 6 adults and 6 kids. We loved lounging on the front porch swing, in the sun room off the upstairs bedroom (including using the telescope for moon-gazing), and around the firepit. Beach access was super easy and the beach was beautiful and never crowded. We enjoyed trying out the surfboards provided by the owner. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed, and there was a well-stocked Publix less than 10 minutes away. The huge dining table was great - we rarely find a place that we can all sit at the same table together. Also lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The service was great, everyone in the area was so friendly and welcoming to tourists. Ryan was a very attentive host and offered help finding activities in the area, though we had so much fun on the beach we didn't feel the need to schedule any other activities. I would highly recommend!

This home is beautiful and accommodated our large family of 10. The owners are so kind and easy to work with. They provide many extras such as chairs, boogie boards, and surf boards. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dish soap. Top of the line appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. The app they use makes check in and out easy and it provides lots of recommendations for the area. Beautiful views from the house and what seemed to be our own private beach. Communication is prompt. We 100% recommend this beautiful home. 10/10.

Absolutely amazing. I had a few questions, new to app and online access. Just answered immediately, house was soooo fun. We asked for early check in or late check out. Host kindly explained not available with it being busy season …. However it is expensive to not be able to get in until 4.

The home was beautiful, across the street from the beach. Great location family and pet friendly. Lots to do. We rented the golf cart in the garage and had a wonderful time with it. Making it easier to get around town. Over all we had a wonderful time.
