Property was not in a clean condition, floors were filthy, soles of our feet were black. Kitchen is so badly dated, pillow case covers yellow instead of white. Sofa and chair stains all over it. Towels were about 20 years old! Great location. Will not be returning to this villa

We believe there may have been some communication issues during this stay. The management team was available throughout the reservation and did visit the property to assist with the concerns that were mentioned. However, no further feedback was received from the guest at that time. The team always encourages guests to report any issues during their stay so they can be addressed promptly. The property management is always happy to assist and would have gladly resolved any additional concerns if they had been communicated while the guest was still in the home. RBR Vacation Homes continues to maintain its established cleaning standards across all of our accommodations, and we remain committed to providing a comfortable stay for our guests.

Good location and gated community

We have stayed in Windsor Hills before and we do enjoy the resort. The condo was spacious enough for our family but overall the home is dated and was not very clean when we arrived. The water also smelled horrible. We paid a lot to add heat to the pool and after realizing how small it was, maybe used it once.

I'm sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations. Just as a note, the size of the townhome pools is standard throughout Windsor Hills, so they may be smaller than those in other communities. We appreciate your feedback and hope you still enjoyed your visit overall.
